Convenient to everything: eating, site seeing, walk to Pensacola Bay Center. Short drive to everything else. Quiet and private.

A very nice apartment for two
This property is close to downtown without the noise and bustle. The apartment features modern styling, comfort, and the right amount of space for two staying for about a week. I'd have rated five stars across the board except for a minor problem encountered at check-in which the owner resolved very quickly. I highly recommend this property!

I came back!
As promised, I returned. Just as pleased as last time. Ya do need to mention the 18 steps up. And I would trade half that fridge for a fancy countertop toaster-oven thingy.

Lack of closet space. Kitchen very poorly stocked. TV could only be used for streaming. Should have been disclosed. location misleading.

Downtown Studio
On an unpleasure trip to Pensacola, I rented this place for a few days. For one person, perfect. Two might start bumping into each other occasionally :) Fantastic location on the North end of Palafox. I will return.

Perfect location for us
We came to Pensacola for a last minute visit with our son. The apartment was in a great location because we were able to walk to cafes in the morning and the bars at night. The size was perfect for the 2 of us, clean and appropriately stocked for the weekend. My only complaint was the fitted sheet on the bed; the corner pockets were not deep enough to remain on the mattress. Every morning we woke up and had to fit it back on the bed...which was difficult because the one side is against a wall.

Location and perfect for 2.
This place is brand new and sits with other newer properties. Well lit and maintained. Ample parking. You can park and walk to everything. Couple of things- it has no oven or dishwasher, and best for shared sleep scenario with no kids. No couch but has two unbelievably comfortable lounging chairs. If I could add anything would be full length mirror..would stay again and recommend.

Location,location,location
Cozy, comfortable and clean. Within walking distance to Restaurants and Micro Breweries. Palafox Street is right around the corner with many shops. Saturdays the local vendors come down to the Palafox Market and sell fresh produce, baked goods, art and antiques.
