One elevator, many guests

We stayed here during a busy holiday weekend. Only one elevator was working and it created havoc during the busy times of day. We were fortunate to be on a low enough floor that with some effort we could take the stairs - many guests were not so lucky. Also there was a suprise $12 fee for parking. 😕

Not the Embassy Suites it used to be

Location: Close to many things, Mall, Target, freeway.
Three elevators and only one worked. In the room, multiple lights that did not work, burnt out. Plug outlet that I thought would pull from the wall when I unplugged an item. An Iron that did not work. Pool and spa did not look very clean. The buffet breakfast was nice

The location and staff were great however the facility itself was in poor condition. The carpet and furniture had various stains throughout the room. The bathroom had a broken shower fixture and mold around the tile.

Had a nice stay. Carpet needed to be steam cleaned had stains. Breakfast was awesome!!

Numerous issues

Pros: Can't say anything.
First room smelled like a smoking room. Second room,shower mixer had to be repaired. Room did not get cleaned on second day till after 6:00 after pleading with staff. Breakfast is not served till 7:30 which is totally unacceptable.

Slow service, wrong room

The staff on the counter need more training and customer service training. Got there at 2pm and was told we didn’t have a room ready and instead of getting a room ready, they waited until exactly 4pm to call and say my room was ready. I ordered a 2 - Queen Bed Room, but was given a King with a pullout. We were in a hurry to get to a concert so we didn’t complain, but now I wish I had.
