-They do not speak a word of English -They booked two rooms for me instead of one and overcharged me -The place is dodgy, it is not for family stay at all.

Fatima heeft ons zeer goed onthaalt en altijd zeer vriendelijk verder geholpen. Zelf een haardroger gefixed voor mijn vriendin omdat we zelf geen bij hadden. Super fijn om zulke service te krijgen.

vous payez pour avoir trois lits mais finalement sans explication vous en avez que deux. Pas du tout honnête, vous rappel les conditions donc pas de remboursement, même sur les effets personnel oubliés ils ne rendent pas tout à disparu par enchantement à vous faire comprendre qu'il ne faut pas laisser trainer ses affaires... je ne recommande pas mais vraiment pas cet endroit!!

Bureaux dans 1 zone industrielle réformés en hôtel,la clientèle est surtout des travailleurs du Portugal et des pays de l’Est,bruyants alcoolisés et sales.Bureaux transformés en chambre exiguës et vétustes. A fuir,même si le prix est bas!!€

A fuir ! pas un appart hôtel digne de ce nom
A fuir ! ce n'est pas un hôtel ou un appart-hôtel, c'est des logements honteux de dépannage. Le mobilier est dans un état de délabrement avancé, des trous dans l'armoire et la table de nuit, lit branlant, intérieur du frigo cassé... et literie qui a fait son temps. Bruyant ! zone qui craint fortement. Accueil et réception, inexistants ! j'ai quitté la chambre à 08h15, personne à l'accueil, personne ne répond au téléphone indiqué, j'ai laissé la clef dans la boite prévue sur le bureau, et à 12H, j'ai un appel incendiaire et menaçant, sur mon portable d'une personne très désagréable pour que je rende l'appartement et que je quitte les lieux au plus vite !!! aucune excuse lorsque j'ai dit avoir déjà quitté les lieux et laissé la clef en partant ! Tous les hôtels autour étant plein, j'ai payé très cher la nuit pour une qualité en dessous de tout.

Les lits sont plutôt bas et pas très confortables... J'ai eu la mauvaise surprise d'être prélevé directement sur mon compte bancaire alors que j'avais coché " à payer sur place "... J'ai donc demandé des explications et j'ai reçu comme réponse que c'était une exigence de la direction de l'établissement de payer en avance et non sur place... Mais par contre, j'ai exigé à mon tour l'envoi par mail et l'impression sur place d'une facture ce qu'ils ont fait de suite...
