Welcome to Beeliar Family Home – a splendidly furnished, spacious property. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 x queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed Bedroom 3: 1 x single bed, 1 x trundle Living and Sleeping Area: 1 x sofa bed \- 2 separate seating areas with TVs \- Fully equipped kitchen for a home away from home experience \- Hotel grade linen, bathroom / beach towels provided \- Nespresso coffee machine and starter pack of pods, tea, milk, oil, alfoil, kitchen/laundry detergents and toilet paper \- Free Wifi \- Split system reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating/cooling) \- Driveway parking included The kitchen has a breakfast bench with 4 stools, dishwasher, oven, 6 burner gas stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine and fridge. This looks over the siting room with a comfortable lounge, floor rug, coffee table, armchair and smart TV. The dining room is situated off the kitchen with a glass table and seats. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps beneath the ceiling fan. The ensuite has a shower, toilet and single vanity. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps beneath the ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a Single bed, with an additional Single trundle bed, beneath the ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, single vanity and separate toilet. Complimentary starter pack of Of guest amenities supplied in each bathroom. The front room is an additional space for the group with a TV and couch that converts to a Queen size sofa bed. The laundry has a Simpson top loader washing machine and Hoover dryer. With a feature grass tree, the backyard has an undercover alfresco area that is large enough for 2 separate seating areas to choose from- cushioned seating around the wooden table and also a bar-style table with high stools. Fully enclosed large lawn area. Parking in driveway available. This perfectly positioned house on a quiet suburban street is a 10-minute walk to the local cafe, supermarket and oval at the local Beeliar Community Hub. Just a 10-minute drive to Adventure World and Coogee Beach, and 12kms to South Fremantle and Fiona Stanley Hospital.
