Quaint little gem.
Great location. Very clean. Small quaint room that provided us all amenities needed. A bit of a challenge to find, but they send you map - follow it and no problems. The sitting area outside the building was great. Comfortable and relaxing. Had a minor problem with lock, the hosts reached out and provided an alternative within half an hour. Response time was amazing. Loved the stay. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Hi Vince - It’s ok. The room has no place to hang or lay out clothes which is weird. Would want that instead of the washer dryer. Was surprised at how thin the walls are in the bathroom - could hear a couple in the next room way too easily. The TV - couldn’t connect it to WiFi at all. Is there some trick? As someone who comes to Arizona a lot these days, I can’t say I would return. Sorry for the bad review, but I’ve stayed in so many places over the years - VRBO to hotels, both short and longer term. It was hard to find a #2 - I first walked around the pool area and all numbers were 1000 and up. Clearer access instructions would help others. Maybe ear plugs would help too. And see black mold or something close to that near the emergency sprinkler head.

Fantastic Stay
Location couldn’t be better. Minutes from Fashion Square and so many restaurants. Our room was pristinely clean and had everything we needed. We had no trouble parking. Fantastic stay for my daughter’s birthday weekend.

The owner was very communicative and extremely accommodating, even before we arrived in Phoenix. This was one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The atmosphere was very inviting and our room was modern, yet cozy at the same time. If I ever travel to Scottsdale again, I will definitely book with Stavros. Stavros was great because you get all of the same amenities that would be at home. There's a grill area, pool area, jacuzzi, outdoor patio area, and much more. What a great little gem. Nice quiet neighborhood, clean and very comfortable room. Owner was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

I would have liked WiFi access. What was provided didn’t work and they never responded to my issue. I was quite surprised there was a kitchenette.

Wow!! Was literally a room, almost box like. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything around us. For the room being so small, the lights were too bright and could be softened. The room was very clean and great shower. Great stay for no more than one night.
