We had 2 rooms because it was 2 different reservations. 1st room was amazed. The 2nd one smelled like cigarettes and cleaner.

Location excellent to State Farm Stadium. Nice facility. Ice machines were out of service, however, and elevators were slow and one didn't appear to be working. Breakfast buffet could have been better. No OJ, half of 4 slice toaster didn't work, scrambled eggs watery and bland, no bacon

I stay here on April 26-27. The 2 young ladies who were at the front desk around 7:30pm( forgot to get their names) were some of the nicest people at a customer service desk I’ve spoken to in a while. They greeted us as soon as the door opened, asked all the typical greetings you should ask. I forgot to mention I’m handicap when I booked the room. They made sure I had a room that wasn’t far from the elevator. Told us places to eat, just friendly young ladies. Our room was super clean, perfect room temperature, it had extra towels and toilet paper( a must if you’re there for a few days). The breakfast was good, I had chorizo with eggs and beans, the coffee and juice was good, not cheap tasting. The lady taking care of the food was soooo sweet, when they ran out of something she would let you know she’s coming out with the food now. We would stay again!

Excellent time here , jacuzzi was out of service which was a bummer and pool was not kept up in maintenance but overall the room was nice , bathroom could of been cleaned a little better but for the price I would come back again

Stayed 2 nights and on the second night at 11pm woke up to a fire alarm and had to evacuate the building for a false alarm for over 30min standing outside in the cold weather.no compensation from the hotel for the inconvenience. The elavators were stopped and wouldn't run the next morning on checkout

The staff were excellent, especially Mayte! Shout out to maintenance and housekeeping staff!! Hotel had inside entrance with locked doors to outside which is safer to me. Microwave and fridge in the room were great. Kids loved the waffle machine in the dining room. Only downside was that the pool and hot tub weren’t heated as advertised

A bit on the pricey side but close to the stadium. There are a few places to eat within a short walk. Rooms were clean. Coffee 24/7 (which is always welcome). There is a shuttle that can take you a short distance to local places...but not the stadium nor the airport. Wifi strong, hot water and pressure good. Beds comfy. There was a fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night on our last night and that was a pain...however not the fault of the hotel. Took about 30 mins to shut it off and elevator was not functioning in the morning because of it. So stop smoking in your rooms people! Past that, there were def some folks smoking weed on the property. You could small it in the halls

Hotel advertises a shuttle to take you anywhere within a 7 mile radius…..only true when there are no events going on at the stadium or arena. Breakfast is typical hotel free breakfast. Powdered eggs, mystery meat and soggy hash browns. Cereal is your safest bet. Fire alarm went off around 11:00 pm and girl at the front desk had absolutely no idea what to do. Took fire department about 20 minutes to get there. Alarm was finally silenced however elevators stopped working at that time and were still not operational the next morning.

Nicer chain hotel, staff was friendly. However, fire alarm (false) went off for ~30 mins. Went to make a tea and there was some disgusting stuff inside the coffee pot…sticky and slimy. Breakfast was what you’d expect.

Our stay was wonderful as far as the check in and the room. The first morning, the breakfast was good, except that the oatmeal was on the cold side and he brown sugar was hard (probably old). On the 2nd morning, there was about 40 minutes left until breakfast was over. The food was running out and the oatmeal was unplugged (as to why it was cold the day before). Found a couple of the workers in the back room and asked if they could replenish the food. Was told sorry, but they did not put any other food out. They were out of bread, muffins, gravy (had only a very small amount).

For a quick 4 day business trip it was ideal and location nearby has restaurants and fast food joints….room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was “so-so” and not much to choose, I would encourage more fresh fruit and select deli options for customers to make a sandwich or have vegan option aswell. But overall my stay was satisfactory.
