The room was very nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a food counter in the front of the hotel. They were able to accommodate my needs of a first floor room, as I had my dog with me.

The person who checked us in was so nice and helpful! The room cleanliness was the best I have ever experienced. Love that there was a shuttle to the airport but wish that would have been advertised on the website.

We enjoyed the location close to the airport. We had a late flight into Mesa and were happy to have a room close to the airport. The staff was excellent and welcomed us on our return Friday and even let us check in early. We will defiantly stay at here when we return.

New and clean. Easy checkout and check in. I did expect larger rooms and restaurant for the price. We needed to use the sofa pullout for grand daughter and was not given a blanket and no instructions or assistance in making the bed. Yes once again showing my age but I do miss the old days when there was actual service and attention given to their clients’ happiness and offering assistance. Yes those days are gone. Cheers to independence and figuring it out on your own.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and conveniently located. We were able to utilize their free shuttle to the airport. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Will stay again!

Unfortunately we did not get rest at this property. The room was above the entry door and generally loud. People and bags moving could be easily heard from various places, above below and next door. The insulation is not good at all. Sleep is challenging. We had to ask Twoce to have our room cleaned on a 5 night stay. The cafe staff did not know where the supplies were but luckily a well trained person knew and showed the others after a few days of confusion. Not a great value and really unfortunate overall, not expected at all.

I liked the property had a bistro. It was kind of late when we got in and I did not feel like going back out. I ordered a BLT which was fantastic. The rooms were nice and we liked there were several places to charge our electronics.

Front desk was great. Room was clean. Tub didnt drain well. No phone. Ac/heater unit made an awful noise. Room we stayed in the windows were next to firepot so you heard everyone outside sitting next to it and kept us up. No breakfast unless you pay for it. Hot tub didnt work and thats one of my kids favorite things to do. And when we first landed the shuttle was over 30 mins late. Besides the front desk service rest of stay wasnt good especially for the price charge which is disappointing because i usually always stay at a courtyard Marriott wherever i travel

Check in was not great. I did arrive early but was greeted with strange hostility and was informed they would check if a room was available. Well, they forgot about me. The manager was great though and got us into our room. The room was a nightmare. Our sink was clogged with what looked like globs of pubic hairs.. old hair clips and goop was on the floor. I did flag staff at checkout to the above.

The accommodations were very nice and very clean. Room was nicely furnished and things appeared new. The staff at check-in was super nice. My only negative was the bistro. We ate dinner there and it was not good and it took forever to get our food and different parts of our meal came out at different times.
