Happiness in the Desert Foothills.
This is a gorgeous home in one of the quietest neighborhoods. The backyard is like being on a tropical island minus the island. It wound up just being my husband, myself and our two Yorkies. We are grateful to be able to bring our canine children to this home with us. Many thanks to the owners. Hope we can return one day. This home spoiled us.

Extraordinary Rental
We were supposed to be in a different rental for the month of March, but that home went up for sale. We really lucked out getting this home as a replacement. From the moment we walked in, you can tell the home is well maintained. Private, quiet location. Experienced no major issues. As others have mentioned, you have to be careful to make sure the refrigerator doors are completely closed.

Gorgeous property- management group failing.
Gorgeous home, gorgeous pool. Issues we had: Refrigerator unplugged when we arrived, pool vacuum not working- unable to use for sort of out stay (entire reason we booked this property), not enough pool towels for 4 guests, no spare hand towels to use (there for 4 days, no extra towels provided), no salt, toilet paper like sandpaper, given 1/2 a roll of paper towels for 4 days, no napkins, no salt, no coffee provided, the coffee filters that were given don’t fit the machine causing it to leak- hard to clean up with no supplies provided. We rented a home so we could cook. There’s no Tupperware or ziplocks to store left overs in. When you travel almost 1,000 miles you expect some basics to be provided. Really disappointed in what was available. I’ve rented a few home properties before, never had a problem with not having enough supplies before. Only with this property.

Home is spacious but cleanliness could be approved on. Clothing from previous guest was still in the home. Floors, vents, and walls were dirty. Bedding, towels, pillows were not comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Enjoyed the morning walks. We have stayed in better VRBO homes I would not choose this home again.

Nice Neighborhood, nice home.
The home is spacious and comfortable. There is a Safeway less than 2 miles away. The home was clean and the pool was a nice option for our visit. The back yard sits in the shade for much of the day which is probably a plus in the thick of summer. Pool is not heated which was a small surprise. The house while large is starting to show its wear due to age. Overall the visit was good. We would stay in the home again.

Great spot outside of Phoenix!
Wonderful neighborhood with sidewalks, walking trails and nearby hikes. Quick walk to a gorgeous sunset spot. House itself is spacious and back yard is nice and private.

The internet did not work until Cox Communication replaced the modem on our 6 th of 8 days. We were told the pool could not be heated-no explanation. The fireplace looked great in on-line photos, but it was an empty shell - no gas, no pipe, no firewood or kindling. The toilet paper rolls were almost empty in each of the 2 1/2 baths, and no backup rolls could be found.

Minor detail cleaning like dental floss on the patio and water bottle caps. Dead moths in the corner of the living room with the TV. Would have liked to have known the pool guy was coming I stead of finding a random dude in the yard unannounced.

Great Home - Nice Neighborhood
The home is beautiful and the neighborhood quiet. If you’re looking for a party house, go elsewhere, as this is NOT the area for that. We are a quiet, respectful family and got along with the neighbors well. In fact, they were bummed to see us leaving so soon. We came for our first night family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only regret is that this house is a good drive from everything we wanted to do. Aside from that, I highly recommend this home!

Gorgeous getaway!
This property far exceeded my expectations- absolutely gorgeous! Looks great in the pictures but even better in person! The neighborhood is beautiful and in a great location- easy access to the interstate, things to do, hiking trails, and grocery store right up the street. Had everything we needed- plenty of towels and there were pool toys/rafts as well. The pool is wonderful and the backyard very secluded. We didn't see or hear the neighbors the entire time. I read the reviews about the pool not being heated. We're from Michigan and used to swimming in cold water lol, but I will say that even though it was over 100 degrees every day we were there, as soon as that sun disappears behind the mountain it gets chilly because there's an almost constant breeze. If you are planning to stay in cooler months I would spend the extra money to heat the pool if you want to swim. My only complaint was that there was laundry left inside both the washer and dryer and folded sheets and towels on top of the dryer. I felt like I needed to do others' laundry before I could do our own.

Better than expected
The pictures provide a nice image of the home, however we found it to be so much more. Easy access to the home from the interstate and less than 30 minutes to Scottsdale. Trails for hiking without having to drive was very convenient. Pool was refreshing and backyard very secluded. This is a great place for a quiet retreat or family stay.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay! This was a beautiful property for us to celebrate life. Perfect for our family, just wish we could have stayed longer! The house was well appointed and we didnt run into any huge problems. The only complaints we would have are not with the property but with miscommunication between Vrbo/Homeaway/Vacasa sites. There were conflicting check-in/out times and quiet times. It's not like we are an extremely loud family but quiet times were posted on vrbo as 10pm -8am and then I received a text from vacasa saying it was from 9pm-to 8am. We opted to be considerate and go with 9pm but the passive aggressive neighbors decided it was quiet time just after 8pm while we were swimming. Also check out time was posted as 10am and I received text saying 11am. We opted to leave before 10. Then I received a text from vacasa at 1249pm (after we left) asking if we were ready to check out. I didnt see any place to "check out" on vacasa. House rules posted inside home were super simple and didnt really say how to lock up when we were done or who to notify if needed so I just locked front door. Vrbo has been my "go to" to rent houses for my family and I'm new to the vacasa app but the two sites need to make sure the same information is being relayed to clients to avoid confusion in future.

Due to COVID restriction, we had to change the check-out time to 10 AM to allow our local staff enough time to prepare the home for the next guest. No heat pump
Overall stay was great. We had problems getting the property manager to address the issue of the heat pump. One of the main reasons we selected this property was the heated pool. We had guests in for the weekend with the intent to use the pool but it didn't become operational until they left. Although we did get a partial refund it was very disappointing Once we finally made contact with David ( local rep) the remainder of the trip went fine. One note:. Do not plan on biking in these neighborhoods. The hills are too steep.

We had a lovely stay at the house! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. We did not want to leave 🙂 if I could have extended our stay, I would have. Thank you for giving us beautiful memories to cherish for a long time to come. The purpose of our trip was rest and relaxation and also retirement planning. This was my 1st trip to Arizona. The weather was great and the people very friendly. The house put the icing on the cake. We will definitely return!

The house was clean with a big kitchen, ideal for feeding a large family. The back yard had a great pool for cooling off in the Arizona heat. The large patio table accomodates several people . Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home in sunny Arizona!
Quiet neighborhood, backing to a beautiful hillside offering nice walking trails, and easy access to shopping and roads to surrounding Phoenix, Tempe, and Chandler. The house is well appointed, with comfortable beds, an excellent kitchen and dining area, a quiet office, and plenty of indoor/outdoor gathering spaces.

Loved it!!!
Nice and clean place to stay!! We had a private pool and loved the view. Second day we had trouble working the tv lol and the owners quickly sent someone to get it fixed....Owners were one call away and ready to assist and answer all our questions. Would definitely be back thank you for such an amazing stay!!
