Near family and shopping.

Pros: Close to family
Cons: Could be cleaner. Due for an overhaul.
Location: Large strip mall with movies within walking distance.
Okay for a no frills place. Breakfast not out at promised 6 am time one morning. Breakfast choices Not restocked for entire stay.

Life saver

Pros: Easy access to the freeway and not too far from Chase Field.
Location: Less than 30 minutes from Chase Field which was why we were in Phoenix.
After booking an unacceptable motel, I found this one and was able to get in right away. It was clean, comfortable and close to the freeway.

Take your own pillows

Pros: Clean
Cons: Throw your pillows in the garbage bin and buy something of quality.
Walls are thin and you will hear everything - and I mean everything - that your neighbors are doing. Pillows are 90% air and even two pillows is about the same as resting your head on a towel. We asked if they had any better pillows - answer, No. We asked if they had any extra pillows - answer, We're all out! If lots of people are asking for more pillows, that might give you a clue that they are cheap and worthless. Otherwise the room was clean, bath clean, front desk service good. So, if you go, bring your own pillows and a pair of ear plugs and you'll be ok.

No help whatsoever,

Terrible unfortunately , no help, we arrived late, following morning showered and left the hotel. When we comeback the room was the way we left it, no fresh towels no bed fixing either. When we asked for towels for the second night, the front desk attendant ask my wife to bring to towels down so he will exchange, did I say enough,

No room service

Pros: Not much
Cons: As mentioned above.
Location: Shopping center
You should notify people that they do not provide room service before they book. Also so called breakfast is a terrible cup of coffee and a breakfast bar.

Location and convenience

No matress pad on bed. Sticky stuff on the sides of the faux leather chair. Request for washcloths gone wrong. Coffee ran out on the breakfast bar before 8a.m. These items brought to the attention of the staff with nothing being done. Redeeming quality was the location. Tried to add photos...well you can take photos bur not post photos previously taken. I am no longer there! And this review times out.

Over priced and disgusting

Took 20mintues just to check in, got to the room immediately noticed how dirty it was. The bed had dirty sheets, floor was not vacuumed, and the shower was filled with hair and other unidentifiable fluids. Had to clean the shower myself, called and asked for new sheets, left the room for three hours, came back and still did not have clean sheets on the bed. Called and asked again finally got clean sheets. Had to make the bed myself and when I took the old sheets off, the mattress was absolutely disgusting. It look like It had not been changed or updated in years, with all kinds of bodies fluid stained into it. I was about ready to go sleep in my truck. I would never stay here again

Cheap. You pay for what you get.

Pros: Inexpensive.
Cons: Hotel room insulation.
Location: Easy access to freeway and restaurants.
Staff was nice and friendly. Upon initial check-in the room assigned was not cleaned up and ready for a new customer. The room was adequate but very noisy. Plumbing sound was horrendous, sound insulation from above and accompanying rooms were non-existent. The most surprising item was that the room is NOT cleaned each day. I did not know that this was the case. So if you are there for a week, your room will not be cleaned for a week. I might have missed this notification somewhere, but this should be noted much more prominently.

Great location and pleasant to the eye

The walks were thin. At 330 am we heard the banging of a couple having sex....woke us up. And tbe bed was very uncomfortable..didn't sleep well and woke with a back ache.
