My recent stay offered several commendable features such as the digital check-in and key, as well as a prime location close to excellent restaurants, a casino, and a theatre. The availability of Wi-Fi was also appreciated. However, there were aspects that could be improved. The positioning of the TV was not optimal, making it uncomfortable to watch from the bed. Additionally, my room had an issue with small flies throughout my stay, which was quite frustrating and may point to a need for better cleaning practices. More importantly, the interaction with the front desk staff was notably lacking; there was minimal eye contact or verbal acknowledgment, which did not make me feel welcomed. The policy of servicing the room every other day also made my short stay feel somewhat overlooked. Enhancements in these areas could significantly improve the guest experience.
