We stayed there 3 nights and they never cleaned our room, replaced towels etc. We went to the restaurant during dinner hours. We ordered soft drinks and after a 30 minute wait they never came back so we left and went to another restaurant. The bar was busy but we were the only ones sitting at a table that we could see. The bathroom had slidding doors so you really didn't have privacy. The breakfast was fantastic! The room didn't stay at a comfortable temperature . It was either to hot or to cold.

The pool was really nice. The hotel room bathroom had a sliding frosted glass door that didn't lock. It was practically see through with the lights on and very awkward for a family of 4.

Great property. Great rooms. Very clean. A little older. Seems like they might be updating it but it's still really nice. Better than any of the other properties in the area. Balconies are a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again

Nice hotel
The property was clean as was the room. The bed was very comfortable. We had trouble with the shower the first morning, but the staff resolved it by the next morning.

Double charged
Due to flight delays and waiting for a rental car, i didn't check-in until after 3am. The first room given to me had people in it, and they were mad I woke them up. I was finally given a room and offered a late checkout (1pm). I was charged DOUBLE the original amount. When I called the hotel I was told it was because I didn't check in before 3am. So... I paid $250 for 8 hours in the room.
