The property and unit was slightly dated but both were very clean and very comfortable. Pool areas were great. We didn’t love the smell of smoked marijuana fumes coming from a few condo units. We would go back to this condo complex despite the unpleasant experience of smelling the marijuana.

We have gotten so many compliments on our mattresses and pillows, but could have gotten you a topper or anything to make things more comfortable for you. We have staff in office 7 days a week for issues like this, and wish we could have had an opportunity to remedy it.

Meridian Condos were amazing! The tranquility and serenity were the best part. Just what we were looking for. Close to shopping and dining and the option of eating in watching the sun set on the balcony. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at a 2 bedroom condo for 6 days. When we got to the condo, the dinning set were the high tables and chairs, called management they change it to regular dinning. The kitchen was well stock with dishes and utensils. The bedrooms is clean and plenty of clean towels. Overall it was very comfortable. Shout out to Mariah Marshall, she was exceptionally helpful in making our stay pleasant and congenial.

Disgusting, dirty unit
Please be aware that the office for check in is 15 minutes from the property. The woman who checked us in was very kind and helpful. She called someone at the property to make sure our unit was ready and they were supposedly just finishing vacuuming the carpets so she sent us to the property. A few minutes after we arrived, we heard someone unlocking our door and he proceeded to come up the stairs with a vacuum and then said something about a bed change. This alarmed us and we asked him to go. The unit was very run down and dated with stained and dirty carpeting throughout. The vents and return vents were almost black with built up dust, there was mold in shower grout. I wiped some water that had dripped on the bathroom floor up with a towel and the towel was brown. It looked like the floors have not been mopped for a very long time. I am sure it was not cleaned prior to our arrival . I would not recommend this property and we would have left and found somewhere else if we would have been in town any longer.

The property was very nice, everything that was shown and advertised was spot on. The pool was clean and nice as well as the property. I asked for 3 king beds and that what we got. Thanks for a good stay.

Our stay at the Meridian condo was excellent. Located in McDowell Ranch in Scottsdale, beautiful desert location with shopping and restaurants in close proximity. The condo was modern, clean and comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality bucket filled with a bottle of wine and snacks. Very nice weekend for my family.

It was a wonderful location and condo. They just need to pay attention to a few details to make it perfect. Light bulbs missing and burnt out on lamps. Return air vents are really dirty. Fridge unplugged upon arrival? Freezer would not make ice. Other than that it was quite enjoyable for a family.

Beautiful condo resort
This condo resort was amazing. The condo was beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen was beautiful & fully stocked. The pool was very nice, but no hot tub as shown in the photo. The condo resort was in a great location, very close to restaurants & shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay!
We really enjoyed staying at the Desert Parks Vista. The condo was very comfortable and loved the garage. We were able to access places to visit quite easily, it was centrally located.

The condo was clean and it was nice having a full kitchen & laundry inside. The wifi didn’t work half of the time which was frustrating so we couldn’t use the televisions a lot.

The property was clean. Windows require better blinds or some curtains, as there are large gaps that allow people to easily see in at night. There was also some kind of party that had very loud music playing till long past midnight. This property is supposed to have quiet hours after 10pm, but that was definitely not the case.

While the actual condo is comfortable, well appointed and was as advertised, what is not made obvious is that these condos are in a residential complex with the permanent residents, understandably, not that accomodating of iterant guests

We stayed in an Eagle Glen property - 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with 3 full size king beds and a full kitchen. We are a family of 6 so this place was absolutely perfect for us. The living room had leather furniture, with enough seats for all of us to relax and watch a movie at night. Often places are too small for us or don't have enough seats or chairs at the table, but this place was great. Lots of storage, a garage to park in (although our vehicle was too big, we appreciated the space). The hot tub was adequately hot and the heated pool was nice. There was no one around so we had the common space to ourselves & it was very quiet, although it would have been nice to have some other people around the area to chat with. This place was pretty remote & I wouldn't recommend if you don't have a rental vehicle to get to as the cab rides would be very expensive. We had a rental vehicle so that was good and it was easy to access everywhere in Scottsdale, just down from a main freeway. This property is close to the airport, so lots of plane noise overhead, but that is common in all of Phoenix! The deck was nice and clean and had a view of the trees (which is better than a back alley...) Overall I would recommend this place to others & we may look at staying here again. The best part was how CLEAN it was!
