Resort style vacation

Great property with an amazing location!

This is our second time staying at this property and my entire family had a wonderful stay! There were many upgrades since we stayed her last and we all felt so comfortable staying here. The amenities were great, the pool is perfect, and there was plenty of room for us all to have our own space but enjoy time together. The location of the house is perfect and nearby so many great restaurants! Needless to say, we’ll be back!!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely vacation home. The house is just as described and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor dining area. Although there were just two of us, this house would be great for a large group or family. Andrew was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this property!

Road trip

Stayed as part of a road trip in August. This was the perfect place to rest for a few days. Eric and the Management team were happy to answer any questions and turnaround time was quick. The property is amazing and all of the equipment is high end. Would happily stay here again!

Great property!

Beautiful property for our family (7 adults, 1 infant). Andrew, property manager was very responsive and helpful. Pool and hot tub were the big hits especially toward evening when they both were somewhat shaded. Property is beautifully landscaped and the guest house with all the “fun stuff” was well supplied. Would stay here again!!

My family had such a great stay at this house. There were lots of things for my boys (7 and 10) to do which kept them off TV! All the directions were very clear, and the place was clean and exactly as advertised. We will be back for sure. Thank you very much!

Perfect for family gathering!

This property has an amazing location. We had 8 adults and one under 2 and it couldn’t have been better for our family gathering. Plenty of space to gather and have separate space as well. The game room was amazing as well with tons of things to entertain people. Property was very clean and Andrew was exceptionally helpful and responsive before and during the stay. Highly recommend this home.

Family wedding party

My wife and I wanted a place big enough for immediate family attending our daughter’s wedding at the Hermosa Inn. The house was perfect and had everything we need to relax before and after the wedding. All communication, check-in, and check-out process was very easy. We really enjoyed the pool and the Sonia sound system. We had a memorable time that will last forever!

Perfect Stay

We just finished a 4 night stay and everything was perfect. Andrew, the property manager was always checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Easy access to the house and it is a beautiful house. 5 of us women stayed each having their own bedroom and bathroom. We were meeting on work projects and plenty of room to break up into groups and work in separate areas of the house.

4 Geezers on our annual Super Bowl weekend golf trip. Management was easy and through on the communication from start to finish. Lots of room to spread out in the houses for privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. Golf practice area was a bonus. Great central location with easy access to groceries. Zero complaints.

Thanksgiving week with family

Wonderful week with 3 generations of family. House was well located for get togethers with other family in area. Lots of room for all both inside and out. Pool/hot tub and game room in guest house were enjoyed by everyone Particularly enjoyed the kitchen with great appliances and well equipped. Team of Eric and Andrew helped make it a wonderful experience and responded promptly to any questions/issues as needed. We would love to rent the property again for another family gathering in future.

Great Stay

This property is amazing. Everything is as advertised. Communication with the property manager was great. We had 3 couples and it felt like we all had our own areas. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the game house. The outdoor speakers are great for pool time. The only downfall was that we were having such a great time at the house we didn't really explore all that Scottsdale has to offer. Guess we'll have to book another trip soon at this property. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

4th of July Family Week

I had family coming in from all over the midwest and south. with 8 adults this place was very spacious and provide all 4 couples with great bedroom/bathroom space. there were plenty of other rooms to spread out. the casita with the game room was great for hot afternoons. there were games for everyone! the pool was nice in the morning and evening. there were a couple outdoor fans we couldn't get on, but overall this was a great location and house for multiple families. Plan to stay again when we have family in town.

Paradise Valley beauty

We spent a week at this beautiful property. The amenities were just as advertised and the check-in process was very easy. The property manager Andrew was very responsive throughout our stay. The backyard was beautiful and it was very easy to heat the pool or the spa on demand when necessary. The game room was an extra perk and provided a private oasis for our youngest who is a 16-year-old.The neighborhood is very picturesque and close to everything that Scottsdale has to offer. It is close to grocery stores, various hikes, and multiple restaurants. The home is well-maintained overall and the kitchen is nicely appointed with top appliances and very well stocked cupboards.We only had a few small kinks during our stay. The propane-powered heaters in the backyard are older and do not work correctly. The water feature in the yard was not operative and that was disappointing. On our final day, we lost all Wi-Fi access and it could not be restored, even despite multiple attempts at resetting the modem. Despite the small hiccups, it was still an incredible stay and we would happily return to this property for a future vacation. This property ishighly recommend recommended!

We have been with VRBO for many years and we can truthfully say this home meets every expectation. Andrew is absolutely on top of his home and the needs of his guests. Home is clean, great location and so many things to do. We look forward to our returning and enjoying this incredible home!
