Great place for a family retreat
We loved this place. Lost of room for six adults and an infant. Enjoyed all the outdoor living space this place provides. Quiet area, far enough off the main streets but easy to get around. Only thing I would add is an outdoor fridge. Our group tends to need a lot of cold drinks lol .

Perfect Property for Playing!!!
We booked this property so that we could stay with our three siblings, their spouses, and a niece, nephew, and their 2 boys as we were gathering in Gilbert for our Mom's 90th birthday celebration! The layout of this house was PERFECT for our 5 families and the backyard oasis, was truly that! In fact we spent quite a bit of time relaxing and catching up with each other in the pool, hot tub, and around the fire pit. One evening, we grilled out, and everything worked as advertised! We will definitely book this property again, should our families reconvene in the area! Extra shout-out to Jessica, the property manager, for her prompt and helpful communications both before and during our stay! Thank you again!!!

Peaceful Paradise
The name of the property fit perfectly!! The house was in a quiet neighborhood close enough to downtown Gilbert we could be there for a nice dinner in ten minutes. The outside area was a wonderful oasis for my entire family to enjoy!! The pool, hot tub, pool table, cornhole bags game, ping pong were all put to use. Both adults and children had a wonderful time.

Awesome place, loved this home so much!!
This place was amazing so for our family, 11of us total, ages 62- 2 I rented this for our kids, their spouse and grandkids to come from MN to stay with us. Jessica Darley the property manager was our contact person she was so fantastic to work with. Jessica was prompt in responding to any questions or requests I had during the rental process. We had an incident with the hot water heater, nothing anyone could have forseen. It was taken care of quickly, professionally and with minimal disruptions for us. We were impressed with how well the whole issue was quickly fixed. We loved the open kitchen, dining and living room area. It was spacious for all of us to move around easily. The bedrooms were all in one hallway area, so perfect for kids to be able to go back and rest quitely. Kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals great to have the dishwasher. Loved the laundry for area, we were able to dry swimming towels in the evening so they were ready to go in the morning! The outdoors space was nice and big, it had so many fun options to keep everyone entertained, pool table, ping pong foosball all very nice options. We paid the extra fee for heating pool, it was perfect temperature the whole time, kids were in the pool non stop. The hot tub & fire table were adult favorites so relaxing. Nice outdoor grilling area and dining table. This home had everything we needed and more!! This VRBO is definitely on at the top of the list for future family time!

Thanksgiving Getaway
This was the perfect place for our family to spend an extended Thanksgiving break to from our Minnesota weather. Everyone had their own space and the kids had a blast in the pool, hot tub and playing the games.

Really nice area, we loved it. The home was super clean and met our needs. We never did find out how to turn on the waterfall in the pool, the kids were bummed out about that. Overall we were more than satisfied and intend to return.

Great Gilbert Getaway

Almost perfect
For all of the positive things about this property: size, location, clean, pool and outdoor spaces, abundant towels and pretty decently stocked kitchen plates/silverware/pots n pans. It missed the mark completely with lumpy beds-some of them squeaking so loudly with every movement and the bunk bed ‘mattress’ was just foam. If you are going to decorate such a beautiful home and have such a wonderful place for large groups to stay (no dinner parties though lol) upgrade your beds to ensure everyone (even the ones in the bunks) can sleep soundly. We also had to call the pool service on Friday (pool was serviced Thursday) because the pool was way over chlorinated-they were prompt and came out that afternoon lowering the pool from a level 10 to level 8. So, as a 4 star review goes the stay was almost perfect and could totally earn the full 5 with bed upgrades and a better control over the chlorine.

Perfect for our girls trip
This home and property were absolutely perfect for a long weekend getaway. Myself and my three friends were so comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the amenities to stay in and make meals. We did several movie marathons and the four of us were so comfortable on the massive reclining sectional. The pool and backyard was an absolute highlight for our trip. The pool was the perfect temperature for the blistering hot days. There was plenty of shade, chairs, tables and umbrellas. Truly a fantastic getaway in the perfect location that was close to so much. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful home and property with a great location. The property manager was excellent at communicating with me. The only negatives are that it would be nice if there was another refrigerator on site and that the pool cleaner wasn’t so invasive. We constantly had to move around the long hose that was in our way. One more thing, the can opener is completely useless. We had to open cans with a bottle opener! Other than those things, the home was perfect and we would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous home w/backyard oasis
Beautiful home, quiet & safe neighborhood. Gorgeous backyard with a nice clean pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire-pit and pergola as well as fusbol table & pool table- everything you need! Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Our entire group of 4 women each had our own bathrooms. Large fully equipped kitchen for meal prep was appreciated. The home is 10 minutes from downtown Gilbert with plenty of bars & restaurants- it has quite a nightlife! Only 25 minutes from the Phoenix airport and plenty of scenic hiking trails nearby. The host was very accommodating and responsive- we will definitely recommend this home to our friends & family!

We had a terrific vacation
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. Unlike many VRBO properties, this one was very clean and well appointed. Everything worked. When we did have a couple of problems (not unexpected given that we stayed two months), the property managers were the best I have worked with. They took all of our issues seriously and fixed everything Immediately. I don’t want to imply that there were a lot of issues, it was really only one or two over the entire two months. The location was excellent for us. We like to play golf, and there were many courses nearby to choose from. The traffic was reasonable and overall it was a highly satisfactory stay for us. The outdoor area was top notch with a pristine, heated pool and a nice hot tub and we used both often. I give it five stars.

Great place for our family to enjoy some fun in the sun. We came down from ND to get away from the winter weather and we were able to enjoy the warm days in the pool and were able to cool down when needed in the beautiful cool house.

Fabulous long weekend with family and friends
Absolutely wonderful property for our stay with family and friends. Property has great indoor and outdoor space, especially seating for groups. Outdoor grilling was a big plus. Smooth process for great property
The house was a perfect choice for family of 11 holiday-grandparents, adult kids and 5 grandchildren. Spacious kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and large backyard with tons to do: heated pool attested kids even on cool days, hot tub, ping pong, football, oil table. 4 smart tvs. Many small conveniences such as dish and laundry detergent provided. Thanksgiving family getaway
We enjoyed our stay here very much! There were 10 of us total traveling together and there was plenty of room for everyone. My family really enjoyed the pool area and all of the outdoor entertainment (pool table, ping pong, etc.). Lots of things to do and see in the local surrounding area also.

Great place for a girls trip!
My 3 friends and I traveled from Ohio to Arizona for a girls trip and found this house to be perfect for the occasion! We had a great time relaxing by the pool, chilling in the hot tub, playing pool, and made great meals in the spacious kitchen. We had planned on exploring AZ a bit more but ended up staying at the house since it had so much to offer. The property manager was always quick to respond. The house was very clean and well labeled. I would recommend this house to others looking for a great spot to relax and spend time with family or friends.

Girls Weekend
We spent 4 nights at this wonderful property to celebrate a 50th birthday. The house was everything as advertised and more. Everyone had a comfortable bedroom, plenty of bathrooms for 5 women, and everything we needed to make our stay memorable. You can’t beat the location, close to a zillion shops, quick drive to Mesa airport and easy access to the freeway. Most importantly, communication with the property manager for booking as well as during our stay was prompt, helpful and professional. We can’t wait to come back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The host was very responsive, and the check in and out process was very easy. The home was very clean and stocked very well. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I really appreciated the host she was very responsive regarding any questions I had. This home is located near plenty of grocery and shopping stores. What I liked the most was that everything was labeled and organized. She also provided a welcome gift. Which I thought was a nice personal touch. I would definitely stay at this location again.

We stayed at this home while we were in town for a graduation. It was everything the photos depicted, and more. The property was very clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The property manager, Jessica, was very communicative and responsive to questions. We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this one is at the top of our list. We would highly recommend staying at this house.
