Thank you Martin Wissing for submitting your review. We are extremely disappointed at this rating since we received zero complaints about the property. We understand that the unit was not ready right at 4pm, but we were dealing with a one off situation and apologized numerous times and frantically worked to get everything done quickly. We were a bit shocked when not only did you not accept our apology, but you continued to berate us and personally insulted my staff, cursing at us (we have this in writing) and name calling. We are truly sorry that you didn't get to check in until 4:07PM, which is when you wife went to the unit, 7 MINUTES after check in time, but we do not feel we deserve a 4 star rating.
