Note that while the kitchen , the home is located in a very cool, 1970's apartment building with original walls and ceiling.

*We have this property professionally serviced for bugs frequently, but they do sometimes sneak inside. Please note that if it is summer, there may be bugs from time to time. Please keep doors closed at all times and food away.

-The home can be accessed via self-check-in upon arrival
-Private outdoor patio furniture for our guests is located right outside the front door to the apartment on the shared walkway.

NOTE: Quite hours in all outdoor areas are at 10pm, 7 nights per week.

IMPORTANT: There is no lifeguard on duty at the community pool. Children must be supervised at all times and occupants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in all outdoor areas.

Laundry & Amenities:
-There is a washer and dryer in the unit
-We provide a basic amenities kit for each guest including 2 rolls of toilet per bathroom paper and 2 rolls of paper towels and a bit of dish soap/detergent, full toiletry kits with shampoo conditioner and hygiene items. For longer stays you will want to purchase additional amenities.
