This is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff The rooms are clean, bed is comfy, and having a cadino attached is a bonus I would recommend this place to family n friends

The staff was super rude. We asked for room service they bluntly refused and we said with this behavior we might leave the hotel and the manager said. ‘ sure you are welcome to leave but we don’t provide room ‘ Never heard this before Terrible terrible

Comfortable beds, large room and bathroom. Front desk staff and room service waiter pleasant. Dislked having to walk through casino to get to one of three restaurants and a small food court. On site Starbucks nice.

The hotel was beautiful. My room was 811 and it was HUGE! Awesome deep bathtub (couldn’t figure out how to let the water out-maybe the mechanism wasn’t working) bright window and a really thick robe to use during my stay. The make-up mirror was a nice touch for my old eyes. Really comfy bed. Figuring out the parking was a bit tricky, but not a deal breaker. The view out my humongous window wasn’t very attractive due to all the construction nearby, but hopefully it will be beautiful green space someday. Check-in person was very professional and friendly. At check-out, I went to ask for a printed receipt and was curtly told that, “well, since you booked on Expedia, the only thing I can print for you is the resort fees.” It wasn’t what she said, but her tone. I just chalked-it-up to her having a bad day, but she certainly wasn’t friendly at all. I would definitely stay there again. I didn’t gamble while there, but I did use the sauna and hottub and everything was spotlessly clean. Sometimes, my keycard was a bit finicky when accessing the elevator to my correct hotel room floor, and one of those times, a really friendly staff member helped me out. I wish I had asked her name.

The only downsize is parking area is a bit of a walk to get to the hotel its a huge parking and a huge building. But nothing crazy other than its nice hotel

It is unfortunate that every staff member I dealt with were not very pleasant. Information given on chceck in was inadequate. We were not told to find the room service menu on the TV. When I called down, the woman that answered the phone was quite rude about it. Staff at the front desk, not very welcoming. When going to the front desk, every time it seemed like we were interrupting them. Lovely center, enjoyed the casino and asian restaurant. However the staff needs customer service training!

Pool was closed without notice until we got to the actual hotel. Was closed for our entire stay. Disappointed because we were really looking forward to it, and wouldn’t have booked if we knew.

This is a great hotel with lots of amenties. Food kiosks and restaurants are excellent. Price is really reasonable when you book early.

Everything was excellent, not much around surrounding casino if don't drive, unfortunately no public transit go close. Overall great property, spacious room and good restaurants options. Wish only they had gift or convenience store in the casino hotel.

Very nice location and clean rooms. Did not take advantage of the food at the facility, maybe on next trip. Should consider offering a shuttle or transportation to the Pickering or Ajax GO stations.

The hotel is gorgeous. I was a little surprised by the lack luster staff. Not the usual hospitality at a hotel, giving a general overview of the hotel, not even direction to the elevator. Otherwise the hotel rooms are clean.

no breakfast included on my package as the facilities don't offer it, buy it on extra cost on restaurant around or go out to Tim for it but when you search in the area for hotels with breakfast , Pickering casino hotel show up and after you book it , you get nothing. parking dirty, cigarettes, on floor as no garbage bins around. Parking too far from hotel. Privilege only for casino customers
