“Very cozy”

“I booked they rooms and would not stay there had to go to a different hotel that place was not what I seen when I booked the rooms ”

“The location was very strange being up against an industrial area. But the hotel was quiet and we felt safe during our stay. We would have like a better breakfast spread. There was no fresh fruit, the juices came out like water, and the hot water for tea was cold. ”

“The floor in the room was super dirty. The room didn’t look fully cleaned. The bed was clean but that’s about it. Breakfast was horrible. Juice tasted like water. They had toast and cearl and pancakes that they individually wrapped in ziplock bags and put in the fridge. The juices tasted horrible. Flavoured water. I would not stay here ever again.”

“The staff is wonderful. The carpet is frayed and tattered, a light in the bathroom was out, there was no ironing board in the room and the room had a stale smell.”

“The room was dirty they did not clean it properly my 1 year old was able to pull a condom from under the bed left by the previous occupants and when I mentioned something to the Front desk staff they refused to do anything and said it’s not there responsibility to clean the room I should have checked under the bed and made sure the room was clean…asked to speak to the manager the employee proceeded to lie and say he was the manager and when I asked again he stated the manager wasn’t on the……
