“it is nice environment with quite big room space and kitchen. a bit far away from the metro station. unfortunately, when we check in and get the key, we found that the room hasn't CLEAN UP!! the bedroom is in a mess! so, we complained to the staff. they fixed the problem when we returned at night. secondly, the room has no air conditioner. in summer, it's very hot, about 32-34C and difficult to sleep. generally, the appartment has good equipments like fridge, shower room.”
“It is a great place for families. The hotel doesn’t have air condition but the reception gave us the extra fan which is really worked. It is really friendly place. Easy parking and easy to reach city center. Breakfast is not too much but it covers all needs. I am very glad to choose this property and I definitely want to come back when I would be in Paris.”
“Stayed 14 nights in this lovely apartment-hotel. Unbeatable location, with bus stops 100 meters away, two of Paris' best bakeries nearby, lovely cafes along Canal Saint Martin, and more importantly, Gare du Nord and Gard de l'Est within easy walking distance.
Also, unbeatable price. The room has everything we need for a comfortable stay, though I wish the shower curtain could have been a bit longer.
The staff are very hospitable and gracious. Before we checked in we already knew about the……
“Just the toilet without hair dryer and your have to request it from front desk and return within 30 mins ….and no people work in front desk after 9pm to 8am ”
“This appartment hotel is fully equipped with sufficient utensils. It is also clean enough. The price is really acceptable in Paris where the price is always really high. It is easily accessed by the Metro system but it is a bit far away from the city centre. But the price and equipments cover this inconvinence. Also, there is a hypermarket (casino) which is near this hotel.”

The location is great, very close to the CDG shuttle, and there's a Monoprix right outside the entrance where you can buy food (but be aware it might close after 9 PM). Next door is the airport bus stop, with many buses going directly to the nearby Aeroville mall (which has a great supermarket). The room was a standard IBIS hotel, perfectly adequate. The highlight was the many wonderful lounge areas downstairs near the lobby, and the cafe next door even had a free microwave, perfect for reheating refrigerated lunch boxes bought at the airport. Oh, and there's also the Iwall virtual interactive game on the first floor, which was fun to watch many children playing. These are two key points that give IBIS a perfect score. Also, I'd like to add a point that other travelers might be interested in: luggage storage costs 12 euros per day. I didn't leave my luggage there.
One drawback is that the hairdryer in the bathroom is difficult to use. Although the air is hot enough, the handle becomes extremely hot and cannot be used.

"excellent location, amazing view, very nice rooms with ample space, the only thing was that the sofa bed could use a bit of cleaning :) next to an outdoor kids playground and beaugrenelle super convenient. "
"The location was extremely convenient, with a metro station next door and all major tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast that offered a lot of options."
