"Stayed in Cergy for 4 nights with family. The apartment was decent but the foul smell in stairs made coming in and leaving the apartment absolutely miserable. It smells like there are dead animals rotting specially close to second floor. Stairs and hallways are unsanitary. Having no lift makes it difficult with luggages. "It's a very nice, small and cozy apartment in a beautiful neighbourhood, just off the main hustle and bustle, quiet and comfortable. The check in and check out process was very easy, no problem at all. Instructions were clear as well.
