“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

They need to be able to find those answers or get training on it. Also our room was right by an emergency door so we kept getting woken up by loud slamming doors early in the am. Overall I think it's a good hotel and a nice location in TN so I would recommend it and……
