I had a great stay at the Regency Inn in Milton! The hotel was undergoing some construction during my visit, but everything was still very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even better. I also loved the location! Having Anytime Fitness right next door was extremely convenient, and there are plenty of places nearby to grab something to eat. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Milton area!

Nice place. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue would be that whatever they clean with is hard on the nose. Otherwise, it was perfect for an overnight stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff including manager owner was great. The only reason I didn’t give five stars across the board because it is being renovated and the dust from the renovation was present. I highly recommend this place particularly at the price point.

My room reeked of mildew, bathroom wasn't clean, mattress was rock hard, staff was rude in person. It says Regency Inn & Suites but feels like this hotel lost its affiliation with the major chain but kept the name. Nothing about this hotel says "Business Traveler" or "Family Hotel". It feels like this hotel should charge hourly vice nightly. Do not recommend.
