Nestled in the serene Village Acres neighborhood, this newly built rental house is just minutes away from the best Pinehurst and Southern Pines have to offer. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there's ample space for families or groups of friends to relax and unwind.

Whether you're teeing off at nearby golf courses or immersing yourself in the excitement of the 2024 US Open, this house puts you in the center of the action!

Inside, you'll find Smart TVs in each of the spacious living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances and full amenities including coffee maker, toaster oven, Kitchenaid, and chef cooking utensils.

Outside, relax on the wrap-around back deck with gas grill (propane provided), smoker, and fire pit.

The host provides highspeed WiFi, linens, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, hangers, trash bags, paper towels and other basic amenities. Portable cribs, high chairs, and toys available on request!

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, plus free street parking.

Other things to note
Located just 2.5 miles from Pinehurst Resort, you can easily get to all the US Open activities. I'd be happy to facilitate a golf cart rental during your stay, just ask!

In addition, the house has a full gym for you to use during your stay. This house is my primary home, so you should feel right at home with all the amenities offered.
