"The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast closed at 9:30 which was disappointing and wasn’t clearly advertised. Parking and unloading luggage was inconvenient to location. There were no carts available upon arrival and you had to go up to the 5th floor of hotel to get a cart and come back down to the sidewalk. There was only 1 elevator available so that took quite some time. There was no usb plug in the room to charge devices."

"Toilets were very strange. Shallow and low to the ground. Bathroom was not extremely clean."

"The staff on the day of arriving were extremely rude and not to mention there were things in the room that didn’t work and when I’d call or my find would call front desk they would blow us off. It sucked and made us feel a little unwelcomed. I know I wouldn’t come back after this."

"Great stay, nice hotel. Good location of I77. Staff wonderful. Room and beds comfortable. Nice bar/restaurant onsite in lobby, did not eat there but a nice vibe. nice in room soaps. Nice outdoor pool area, fire pits, pool bar.... was not open, assume is seasonal. Need more luggage carts!! 18 floor hotel and only a couple carts."

"Nice big pool, spacious bedroom, kitchenette, and sitting room. , two huge tvs, windows where you cannot see in from outside but can see out from inside. Great deal for the price."

"Night manager and shuttle driver were very friendly and helpful. Rate was a good value. Bed was clean. Hotel is worn out, carpet is old, seats in lobby are old, shower is old, breakfast was below average. "

"Very clean and conveniently located near several coffee shops and restaurants. We enjoyed using the gym and sitting outside in the courtyard. All around, a great spot in Uptown, we loved our stay."
