“I chose to stay at this hotel during my daughter's Cornell graduation season, as all the nearby hotels had skyrocketed their prices. Fortunately, this hotel still offered a very reasonable rate. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and incredibly comfortable. However, what truly touched our hearts was the hotel owner who generously gifted us with several wonderful graduation mementos. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience that exceeded all expectations.”

“Upon entering the hotel, many teams were waiting upon check-in. There were two property staff members arguing in the lobby- which quieted everyone. One staff member yelled that the hotel does not wash its blankets, while the other lady who seemed to be in charge, refused to let anyone in their hotel early. Many teams were in the hotel lobby, with cleaned rooms, and refused to let anyone in until check in time. Of course, caused a back up between interactions with staff and elevator. Nothing but……
