Room is nice, couch was dusty and the shower head was very dirty, water scum build up like it hasn’t been cleaned properly. we cleaned it before using it. Pool looks nice we did not swim though.

The hotel is clean, easy parking, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good, and the staff were all excellent with no exception.

Our room smelled like a locker room. Foul. The thermostat was set at 80 degrees. Thank goodness the window opened, but even 24 hours never really cleared out the smell. Ground up crackers near the sofa, on the floor. Unmatched tired looking loveseat. Bathroom floor dirty. Sheets put on inside out. Marks on the walls. Will not recommend your hotel to anyone. We wasted our money, and it ruined our get away weekend.

Check in was smooth and all staff were polite. The room itself had a comfortable bed but there was a slight musty scent, probably from the catpet, which seemed very dated.

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable. Check -in was fast, easy, friendly by John Hooley, who greeted me like a familiar friend. I was grateful that Monster Bash was conveniently close by at the neighboring Marriott. I have already booked a reservation for next July, '24 Monster Bash, because this is one of my favorite hotels!

Very much enjoyed the site , the room, the staff, and complimentary breakfast. My only unpleasantness was the booking/cancelation issue I had with Experian. & The staff at Courtyard managed to clear it up for me.

Overall the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable although the bed was a little hard and the shower didn’t have much water pressure. But overall my family would stay there again

They never cleaned our room one time during our 4 night stay. When I approached the manager he said it should have been cleaned on day 2. I told him it wasn't. He shrugged his shoulders and printed my receipt for $700 and handed it to me. Never again.
