Beautiful place.

This Hotel was beautiful the only thing that was questionable was it was not a whole Lotta stuff around the hotel within walking distance that you could like go and check out her do. But it was very close to the city and it was a very good price. And it had a hot breakfast not just your standard continental breakfast. We will definitely stay there again when we go down to see the rest of the Carnegie museums.

There was a bug in my bed sadly but the room was nice.

Dear Traveler, I'm glad that you enjoyed our accommodations, but I'm sorry if you found an insect in your room. We take pest control very seriously and our hotel contracts a third party vendor for preventative pest control on a monthly basis, as well as has random inspections provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis, to ensure pest control as well as overall cleanliness standards are maintained. OK but rattling heater

I thought the room was small, the breakfast was not great and the heater woke me up repeatedly with noise. When I mentioned at the desk, I was told their engineer thinks this is normal and they're all like that. I think their engineer needs to stay in a few other hotels then. It wasn't a terrible stay, everything was clean and updated but the issues I've mentioned AND the pool/spa was closed so I ended up feeling I paid a bit more intending for an awesome get away that fell short.
