They charge $27 for outside parking every night, which wasn't mentioned regarding additional parking charges in the amenities or extra costs

This place is just OK! The best thing about the hotel is the ease of parking. We had a little hiccup checking in because there were problems with the computer and the credit card machine, which delayed the check in process by almost 30 minutes. Our hotel room was clean but the shower in the bathroom did not drain and the water was not hot. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. Overall the location is very convenient but it is not somewhere I would stay again.

It is right next to the freeway, BUT it didn't bother me at night. With the room fan/heater on, you couldn't hear a thing. Super fast check-in and the elevators are fast. A bit of mechanical noise on the higher levels.

It is next to the highway so quite noisy but location is ideal being across the road from the Pittsburgh Pirates Stadium and a block away from Heinz Field.

Paid $35 for parking but was put in a lot next to the hotel which was charging only $20 per day. Breakfast was not good. Room was clean and quiet even for being in a busier part of the city

The staff was great, but the walls are paper thin, other guests were noisy all night, and the heating/cooling unit in the room was busted—it made buzzing and rattling noises (but the room got super stale if it was off). The location was great for access to downtown and North Shore activities, but don’t expect to get much sleep if you stay here.

Stayed here for the night for the Drake concert. Hotel was very clean and close to PPG Paints Arena. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was good and reasonably priced. The breakfast offered was the standard hotel breakfast...cereal, yogurt, eggs, bagels etc and was well stocked when we went down at 9:30am. Staff was pleasant with the exception of one lady who was restocking breakfast but other than that I would stay again if ever going to another concert. Parking was $27 for the night which I didn't see mentioned in my reservation.

Very limited parking for how large of a hotel it is. Shower was not very warm, vent in shower was filthy. Carpet was wet in front of fridge, multiple water damage on ceiling. Bed was comfortable though, & wasn’t noisy.

This hotel is very clean. Everything seemed newer and updated. The bed was comfortable shower had nice water pressure. The breakfast attendant was so kind and friendly to everyone. Overall a wonderful experience. Also convenient parking. And convenient location to other activities in the area.

Initially I made reservations for three rooms which were to be near each other. When we arrive 2 rooms were on one floor and the other on another. The staff attempted to accommodate me and my family member. When we arrived to the room it was cold. When we changed the temp in the room we notice the system took a bit of time to warm the room. When I check the air for warmth I noticed the vent on the right side was severely clogged with dust. When we went out that evening we advised the staff of that issue and a light being out at the other end of the hal where the rest of my family was. No rep came to replace the light or a maintenance representative come for the heating/air conditioning system to clean it. The Rate of service is base on those concerns not being addressed. The air quality in the room was affected by the dirty vent. I ended up sick for 2weeks with a respiratory issue when I returned home.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I booked an executive suite and I had to be downgraded due to BED BUGS!!!! They refused to give me any refund for the difference since I was downgraded to a cheaper room!!! As well pool was broken and they said we had to go to another hotel if we wished to swim. I wish I could show the pictures of the bed bugs too but they don’t allow pictures.

Dear GinaI apologize for any inconvenience you experienced, but our pest control team did not find any evidence that there were bed bugs in your room. They were called in immediately, and did a thorough examination of the room. We had no choice, but to move you to a King Suite as all of the other Executive Suites were previously booked throughout the weekend. As far as the pool; I apologize for this as well, but something happened with our chlorine filter which made the chlorine levels dangerous to swim, so we had no choice but to shut the pool down due to these unforeseen events. It's also my understanding that the picture you had did not show any indication that that picture was taken in our hotel room. I apologize again, if you felt the situation could have been handled better, but our team was quick with responses to get pest control out, and still make your stay as comfortable as possible.
