“The owner is absolutely adorable, cooks amazing breakfast. It was perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. I like privacy. It is separated well so you all have your own outside deck area. I never heard a neighbor at all. Amazing decor, huge tub. In a beautiful area. Lots of tall trees, greenery, birds, finches all around. We walked to shops. Next time I'll use trolley as it is only 6.00 and the hills are steep. Beautiful area. We lived Mamie's chicken and salad bar, light chocolate pie is amazing.……

“The place was nice and clean. I only had two issues. There was no where to sit for four people. We had #6, which is two bedroom, but all four of us could not sit together, except for outside. Odd arrangement, but not that big of a deal since we were on the go. My real issue is the a/c unit worked, but was very loud and there was no way we could have slept with it on. Luckily it was cool enough that we could get by without it, but it would have been a problem if it was any warmer outside.”

“A beautiful bed and breakfast in the Ozark Mountains. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lovely flower garden/ courtyard. The breakfast was incredible with gluten free options. Staff onsite were terrific —very helpful, friendly and tuned in to guests’ needs. Lot of comfortable places to sit and very close to downtown.”

“Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.”

“We booked forest springs resort for a long weekend and honestly didn’t want to leave. The property is tucked right into the pines, you feel like you’re away from everything but can still get to downtown for dinner in mins. We spent most afternoon out on the deck with drinks, hitting the sauna in the evening and hanging out by the fireplace at night. If you’re looking for somewhere to actual relax and unplug this is it!”

“We stayed for one night and found multiple flies in the room, including on the pillow and duvet/blanket. This felt very unhygienic and made it difficult to feel comfortable sleeping there. I messaged the property after check-in asking for an insect trap or spray, but the message was read and no assistance was provided. We spent about an hour removing the flies ourselves so we could sleep. Also, our original booking was for an upstairs front room, but the room type was changed without informing……
