5/5 Excellent
Excellent service
"I originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital.
They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital.
Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front."

"I stayed in early June ( out of season in the area) the hotel was in effect closed, no staff there ( just someone who came to check us in ) so no bar or food. No option for breakfast. I think we were to only two staying there. It was a one night stay (thankfully) and in the morning we had no Hot Water, just packed and left as no staff around. I understand owners and staff want holidays in the off season but then they should just have closed the hotel for a few weeks. Only positive point was safe parking outside for our motorbikes. "
"Hotel is in excellent condition and have great rooms. However, we were not satisfied with the overall service level at the Hotel. First we were not able to get a table in the main restaurant for dinner despite attempting to book several days in advance, this meant we were stuck with the buffet/ala carte option in the other restaurant. From the looks of it, it seems fine, however the taste was just not there at all in any of the dishes. The fish for main courses was way undercooked, and the meats were very cheap cuts and far from tender.
In addition the level of service in regards to the ski lockers was undesirable and cost us a lot of time."

"The hotel is located near the center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants, stores and even a large supermarket. There is a parking space next to the hotel (not an official garage). Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space.
Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't.
The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. Breakfast was mediocre.
