As you will see on the map and in the pictures, our pontoon boat takes you across the 80 ft canal which provides easy access to town, an easy 5 minute walk to all the village has to offer. Stroll the historic Placencia sidewalk for an array of food choices, watch children fish from the pier, or grab a beer at a beach bar and listen to local music as the sun sets over the Caribbean.

Having only eight units creates a cozy atmosphere to enjoy the peacefulness of this tropical environment. The pool is just steps away from your town home and is perfect for relaxing or enjoying the jetted spa in a quiet atmosphere. A large additional community palapa with grill and dining area can be used by guests for beachside bbq's, or grilling that big catch of the day!
