After checking in we started putting our items away. My grandson rolled his ball under one of the beds and I noticed trash and snack food underneath he could have eaten if we hadn’t seen it first. Then later I went to use the bathroom and notice the shower rack was off the wall and on the sink counter. I then noticed the shower was a handicap roll in shower and the shower handle was broken. Another item was missing from the wall but not sure what it was because only the base remained on the wall. I was too tired to complain and instead reported it to the housekeeper in the morning. Eventually we changed rooms the next day (right next door) after entering that room the bathroom was a lot smaller and lighting was horrible, the carpet along the wall was torn and both beds had metal pieces sticking out (what holds the frame in place) so we used towels to cover it so my grandson wouldn’t get hurt by them. I then notice the adjoining door had a towel wrapped around what used to be the lock on the door because it was broken/missing. 2 of the lights in the room didn’t work. One of them was because the bulb was missing. I really don’t like to complain but after this experience and sorry to say but it was the worst hotel stay I have ever had so I felt I had to speak up so future guests don’t go through what we did.

When we got there the person at the counter was not there I call the number they had for late hours they didn’t answer as I was waiting for someone to come to the counter three other were be hind me wait 20 minutes until one of the other customers went to the back room were the counter person was sleeping then at the morning breakfast the two morning I went down there to says breakfast was to 9:30 I was the before 9:00 there was hardly anything left to and they said there not putting any more we will not say at this place again

Looks like it was remodeled but only repainted. Bed squeaks, pillows are not good, and the carpets need to be steam cleaned. Their system is only able to check in at 3pm, not even 10mins early.

Does anything work?
I checked in and went to my room. TV remotes didn’t work so I went to front desk to ask for assistance. She switched my room but the other room was the same. It also had a bathroom light that didn’t work. I told front desk I would stay in my original room. No ice bucket so I go down to front desk again. No lamps in room and no clock either. Only light was above TV. Breakfast had no fruit no yogurt nothing but waffles, white bread for toast and breakfast tacos that someone made. I stayed here because I trust the Wyndham name. I was disappointed.

It is a micro mini room
The door didn’t lock the top lock was busted off the smoke alarm was nonexistent the casing was there but they removed the smoke alarm. holes in the walls. The room was the size of a tiny closet. The bed was hard as a rock, and practically wall from wall. It gives a true definition of a tiny room. Front staff was rude and very aggressive during check in. Breakfast has eggs waffles and burnt sausage.

The locks on the door were tore off. Toilet paper was inserted in the peep hole. No hot water. Bathroom was nasty with mold around the towel area and bath tub. Would not recommend staying here!

The room was satisfactory. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived & we waited for almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the desk; the person was on her cell phone & ignored us for for another few minutes. I will grant she may have been speaking with a customer, BUT she did not have the courtesy to excuse herself nor did she offer an apology for not being at the desk when we arrived. Breakfast items were lacking: no bagels, no milk & no batter for the waffles! Pitiable!! Thought Wyndham was better than that. Should have gone to Budget 6, would have had a more pleasurable experience.

The reservation was for 2 rooms for 2 nights for a Queen suite - 1 queen bed with a sofa bed. The hotel was overbooked and they gave us a room with only 1 queen bed. I had spoke directly with the hotel prior to arrival to confirm rooms which they did. Staff acted like it was Expedia’s fault and not the hotel. The rooms were filthy including stained sheets. Fingernail clipping, gum on the wall and air filters that were black. Staff said they were sold out and made no effort to clean and come up with solution. We cleaned the rooms and bought sheets at Walmart because there were no other rooms available in town. I believe Expedia should no longer offer this hotel and also make amends to my family for this awful experience.

The worst place I ever stayed. There were no comforters or blankets on the beds. Had to ask 3 times for one and I got a very thin blankets with holes in it from cigarettes. Coffee pot didn’t work. No blow dryer in the room. Shower rod not attached to the wall. I could go on but I’m over it.
