"The property owners never sent check-in information, nor did they have a phone number we could call. This was an Expedia booking through Vrbo. The people from Vrbo tried to call them and put them on a conference call with us but they wouldn't answer or call back. Vrbo said if we didn't hear from ..."

"Five stars all around. Exactly what I needed for a short trip to Minneapolis. Plenty of space in the apartment and wifi fast enough to handle video calls. Kasa was quick to answer a question when I texted them. Overall I would stay here again."
"It was just so great. The facility is all clean and new. So comfortable. Nothing to complain. Staffs were very responsive too. The grocery Wedges across the street got so much good stuffs and foods to pickup. 5-10min walk to sculpture park, Lowring park and the Wlkers art museum. Has bus straight ..."
Small Hiccup in Booking, otherwise beautiful home & helpful host!
"Originally, we booked this listing in January of this year (stay was last weekend in May). When we arrived, we contacted the host and she explained that there was a double booking error and someone was already renting the unit. Not her fault at all, and she explained in detail what went wrong. She ..."
"Unfortunately, my stay was off to a terrible start. We were dropped off by the taxi in -20 degree temp anticipating a smooth check-in. We struggled with the box, our fingers were literally very close to frost bite. I called a taxi just to take us to somewhere warm. When the taxi was a few seconds ..."

"Staying in June when it is assumed school is out, the hotel is quite quiet. Great location that’s easily accessible by the train from the airport, and the train overall. The staff was helpful when I was looking for a sauna, also that they let storage after checkout if you have an evening flight. Many individuals and small groups were walking around at night, including myself, so it did seem safe to do so. A lot of resources less than a block away: cvs, Starbucks, chick-fil-a"

"We arrived an hour earlier than check in but the front desk employee got us in and he was very nice too.
Another hotel employee smiled and greeted us as we we're walking past.
Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great hotel. Had the suite with two queen beds. Included a fridge that came in handy. Very spacious room with a great view of the US bank stadium. Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Pool is small but had two separate hot tubs which was really nice. Great breakfast with very spacious dining area. Would recommend and will be back! "
