I met Mary Chin and her family when they arrived and knew right away they were great people. I take everything about the house seriously and when I found out that they were happy I was elated. Wonderful people and wonderful guests

Anyone who has been a host knows that feeling when you have had a dream guest and Mr. McLaughlin and his family were exactly that.

I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Lospinosa and several family members. It really made my day as they are extremely nice warm people. It is nice to know that such nice folks are enjoying your home.

there are always 2 sides to every story. Yes the freezer developed a leak, randomly there would be about a teaspoon or two of water that leaked from the corner of the freezer which was out of my control and was fixed. There were also a few other issues such as a 2 foot section of molding that needed to be painted. What was not taken into consideration and obviously not appreciated was that I had spent over $20,000 on upgrades and new furniture. There was a brand new beautiful patio table and chairs, a brand new grill and a firepit. There was also a brand new 70 inch flatscreen and new beds. This was the first week of the season and so for this group of people it was new and they were the first to use it. The main problem is however that around a week after checking out I received a message that if I did not refund them $3,000 they would leave a negative review. I did not agree to the refund and so of course I did not receive a glowing review. rent for the week was $4,280.49 so I felt the amount was unreasonable did not like the the fact that I was being blackmailed. I received yet another message on the VRBO message site and was told that they expected a counter offer, so this was a negotiating tactic. While I admit there were some minor issues the complaints were exaggerated and I believe it was due mainly to extort money from me. I sent an email and explained that the review process was intended to provide people with accurate and honest information and using the process as leverage to force a host to hand over money was not acceptable. What's most surprising is that this rental took place almost a year ago. sincerely Ronnie Keller

Susan was an excellent guest, left the house immaculate. Could not ask for a better guest

Theresa was my last rental and one of the best guests I have ever had. I was honestly amazed at how clean the house was. The beds were actually made and the house was spotless. excellent communication, you could not ask for better. Highly recommended five stars and would love to have her group return.

Janet was a wonderful guest. The house was as clean if not cleaner when she checked out. I usually do not have any or little interaction with guests but I spoke with Janet on several occasions due to some minor issues. I found Janet to be a very classy and refined woman. I would be more then happy to have her back. If you are fortunate and have her as a tenant I would suggest you pay a little extra attention to your property being clean. During one of our discussions I learned that she keeps her home immaculate and that a clean house is extremely important to her.

Michael came down for a guys night out which might make someone think twice however Michael and his friends were just excellent guests. Everything was smooth as silk and the house was left exceptionally clean. Would absolutely rent to him again.

Nancy and her group were ideal guests. I do not think I have ever found the house to be as clean or cleaner then when they arrived. If only there could be more groups like Nancy's it would be a dream come true. I would love to see them next summer and highly recommend them as ideal ***** five stars

What a great group Christy is phenomenal. We were exchanging messages and Christy was so nice, she took some beautiful pictures of some of the upgrades that were recently done and I am going to post them. Everyone was very friendly and so nice. The house was absolutely spotless. I am so happy that Christy choose my home and I would absolutely love to see her next summer. If you are a host you will BE VERY LUCKY to have her as a guest. Ronnie

these people had a personal issue and did not want to stay for the 2 weeks I booked. VRBO would not issue a refund which is their policy. I was asked to issue the refund myself. They were unhappy from day 1 my house is not unsafe just read the other reviews

ultra rare to find someone like Mickey and his group. What a bunch of really great people 5 stars in every category. Thank you Mickey I am really glad you had a good time. Ronnie

Barbara is the best tenant I have had and Ive been renting the house for years. The house was left incredibly clean. I hope to have them again
