Nice hotel with very helpful staffPosted Oct 20, 2017
Very happy with hotel and very good breakfast all staff very friendly and helpful, would pay extra for a room on front or side of Hotel next time as a lot of noise early morning from delivery wagons and bin lorries on the back of Hotel so had to keep patio door closed which made room very warm. But would stay again.

Very good hotel, great locationPosted Sep 24, 2017
Pros: Location, friendly, good room
Cons: Bit more explanation when first arrive re breakfast times and place plus if need to book for dinner. Maybe some leaflets out/maps out
Stayed in Sept 17. Hotel is right on the front, close to start of pine walk. Staff friendly and helpful - only weird thing, no greeting or checking room number when coming in for breakfast. Not necessarily a negative but just a bit odd, so no explanation as to whether they will cook to order etc - they do. That said breakfast was fab - loads of choice from cooked to cereals, breads, lots of fruit, ham and cheeses, Danish etc. Lovely start to the day as sit on first floor balcony. Room had tons of wardrobe space, comfy beds (although made up as twins not a double), nice bathroom with enormous shower. Was at back of hotel so no sea view - but on 4th floor so had lovely view of mountains and balcony had sun in afternoon, early evening. Room well sound proofed. Nice cafe/bar downstairs, very relaxed. Didn't use pool/sun beds as prefer the beach about 10-15 mins away. Hotel is great - perfectly situated for extremely relaxing break. Bus stop 2 mins walk - only 15 mins into Pollensa old town. Restaurants all around you. Highly recommend.

Great locationPosted Aug 31, 2017
Clean rooms with effective air conditioning and sound proofing mean you stay close to beach, shops and restaurants but are not disturbed at any time of the day or night. Breakfast room is light and airy and you have an option to sit on the balcony with a fabulous view of the sea, port and mountains beyond. Wide variety of freshly prepared foods on offfer on relaxed atmosphere. Pool area was clean and lots of sun beds available. As pool is out in a promontory, it feels like you are on the beach. Hotel provides pool towels. Beach 20 metres from hotel door. Would highly recommend.

Nice hotel overlooking beachPosted Aug 25, 2017
Nice hotel in centre of Puerto Pollensa and overlooking beach. The breakfast was very good with excellent choice which I enjoyed every morning sitting out on the outside area of the dining room with a lovely view of the beach. The swimming pool is situated on the beach and was very busy. I would definitely recommend this hotel and intend to stay there in the future.

Fantastic locationPosted Aug 8, 2017
Pros: Clean hotel, helpful staff, lovely food at breakfast and catered well for vegetarians. Would go back.
Cons: Not enough milk in the room for tea. Not enough umbrellas for the sun beds, so had to queue to get one at 8.30 every morning. no printer for use.
Lovely hotel, great location. Went for a short break and wanted to be looked after, which the hotel delivered on.

My annual weeks holiday with granddaughterPosted Jul 31, 2017
Cons: Pool area not controlled and non residents can just walk in and stay. Saving sunbeds at 9am and not using them until after lunch.
Location: Wonderful location in the heart of the promenade. Plenty to see and do or just to relax and enjoy.
All excellent. Cleanliness. Staff. Dining. Bars. Pool. Room on Floor 6 with fantastic views from amazing terrace. Very friendly, helpful staff at all times and in all departments.

The Gem of PollensaPosted Jul 30, 2017
Wonderful hotel ideally located on the Pine Walk of Puerto Pollensa. Magnificent saltwater pool next to beach. Extremely friendly, helpful staff who go out their way to ensure the most pleasant of stays. Even after checking out they were happy to let you use the pool all day then a courtesy room to shower and change prior to picking up transfer to airport. We took bed & breakfast option, breakfast available from 0730-1030 with endless options for the whole family which you can eat on the beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, beach, sea and port. Thoroughly recommended 😀😀😀
