Villa Xisca is a sensational and picturesque Villa in Pollensa! With an environment ready for entertaining, this spacious 2-bedroom property offers a one-of-a-kind vacation where you can enjoy an outdoor oasis and a subtly rustic-modern living experience. Villa Xisca has an ideal location, just 18 minutes walk from the old town of Pollensa where you will find exclusive restaurants, bars and shops.

Trimmed hedges and stone walls frame the outdoor space with structure as they simultaneously blend with the surrounding shapes of the organically flowing environment.

Approaching the residence, you immediately notice the intoxicating natural landscape views with lush greenery, the Tramuntana Mountains, and a flat manicured lawn. Glistening with mirror-like shine, the sizeable swimming pool beckons both relaxation and fun, while the lounge chairs provide tranquil places for sunbathing, reading, and laughing with friends. There is also a bathroom outside.

Take advantage of the fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and whip up delicious culinary creations with the sizzling BBQ! As you slow-cook steaks, vegetables, or fresh fish, you can easily laugh with friends at the outdoor dining table or take part in a lively game of ping pong. Step inside to find an openly flowing interior, gorgeous exposed wood ceiling beams, a neutral color scheme, a large dining room with a wooden table, on the left it is the kitchen with another small table, and on the right, it is the lounge with a sofa. WiFi is included.

At the back you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, and another bedroom with a twin bed. Both bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

In the mornings, brew a pot of coffee, open the kitchen window, and listen to the sounds of nature. Take in the exquisite and visceral experience of Pollensa with all the sights, sounds, and flavors of this unique island community.

Pollenca Villa
The check in instructions and location of the property were fine. The property is around a 25 minutes walk to the centre of Pollenca which was fine. Our impression of the villa was that it was a bit tired with old furniture. The a/c was only in the 2 bedrooms and only operates at set times throughout the day. This was a little frustrating as the living room and kitchen were very warm all the time - the outside temperature was above 30*c all week. It would have been nice to escape the heat. Apparently this is due to some energy conservation restrictions in Majorca but I would have thought the installation of some solar panels would have quickly paid for themselves in extra low cost green energy. The wifi in the property was weak and it was impossible to watch any live streaming services. Not good in this day and age - decent wifi is an essential service. The outside area was decent and the pool was very welcome in the intense heat. I don’t consider the property to be great value for money and feel an upgrade to the furniture, a/c and wifi should be considered or a price reduction if not. Overall a little disappointing.

Water cut off on numerous occasions and toilet leaked onto bathroom floor twice, TV was removed by technician as it wasn't working properly. OWL Booking office team were excellent though and communicated very promptly,

Fabulous villa in beautiful grounds.
Everything was very smooth and professional. The agents were very nice to deal with. It was extremely hot during our stay and when we enquired about renting a fan they promptly brought a brand new one to us. We couldn't get foreign channels on TV to work but the WIFI was good enough for streaming Netflix when it was too hot outside. The two bedrooms had good air con. We also used the large mezzanine room, although it was very warm. A small welcome pack was provided, I would have paid more to get more as we arrived at midnight so needed milk and drinks. But washing up liquid and cloths were there and we just had to walk to Lidl in the morning. We opted to hire bikes as car hire was minimum 92 euro a day. It was about 10-15 minute cycle to the centre. It took 25 mins to walk to the centre although there is a restaurant about 15 minutes walk. The heat was near 40 most days so I wish we had had a hire car as getting anywhere by bike or in foot was exhausting. Taxis were very scarce indeed. We loved the holiday and villa and next time will get a car.

Einfach nur traumhaft
Wir waren zehn Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Alles war fast genauso wie auf den Bildern (in der Zwischenzeit wurden die Liegen und etwas Deko erneuert). Vorab gab es die Adresse des Hauses von der Agentur, samt Code für den Schlüsselkasten. Hat alles prima geklappt. Das Haus war super sauber, die Hand- und Badetücher auch, die Betten super gemütlich und der Außenbereich einfach unbeschreiblich schön und gepflegt mit Zitronen- und Olivenbäumen und einem riesengroßen Pool. Wir haben ausschließlich draußen gegessen und gekocht, die Küchenausstattung war perfekt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar und es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall hinzugehen, vor allem auf den Markt und auch abends. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermärkte sind vorhanden, schöne Strände in der Nähe und für Ausflüge ist es auch ein guter Standort, da alles maximal eine Stunde Fahrtzeit weg ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!! Da etwas kaputt war haben wir auch die Besitzer kennengelernt, die sehr nett waren. Die Reperatur hat wenige Stunden gedauert und der Kontakt zu Owl Booking war schnell und unkompliziert, vielen Dank hierfür!

Tolles Haus in guter Lage
Sehr ruhig gelegen, besser ausgestattet als angegeben (Fön, Bügeleisen usw vorhanden). Man ist schnell zu Fuß beim Lidl und der Bushaltestelle mit Taktverkehr in die Stadt und zum Strand, so dass man das Auto wenig oder gar nicht braucht. Im Frühjahr hatten wir allerdings viele Mücken.
