Dear MD, Thank you for taking the time to post your comments after your holiday at Blue Lagoon Princess. We regret to hear that you were not satisfied with some aspects of the hotel and that the hotel didn’t meet your expectations. Please be advised that our personnel is very dedicated to offer the best service and we apologize, if you felt that this was not up to standards at some point. Unfortunately there was a general power outage in all the Halkidiki area during your stay and due to this there was some issues with the air-condition , when the hotel had the power only from the own generator. In regards to the late check out, please let us clarify that this is always upon availability and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked for the date of your departure and we were not able to offer this to you. We thank you for choosing our hotel for your holidays and we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the selection of drinks offered in the all inclusive package. The selection of the beverages is made after a thoughtful consideration with the aim of pleasing all tastes and offering good quality beverages. Unfortunately, as we are not offering "ultra all inclusive" arrangement, some items are available only with extra charge. The same applies also for the beach, we can not offer service there for free. Nevertheless we hope to welcome you back to our hotel.

We are sorry to hear that we didn’t manage to meet all your expectations regarding your holiday. Regarding the food temperature, kindly be advised that the buffet keeps the food warm with a bain-marie or with heat lamps in order to heat the food gently, but not to keep on cooking it after it has been delivered. Also, the food is replenished regularly in order to serve it warm. The temperatures are as per the HACCP regulations. Regarding the alcoholic beverages, we would like to bring to your attention that all ingredients in the cocktails and long drinks are used as per standard recipes and the spirits are in their original bottles fitted with a measured liquor pourer so watering down is not possible. The only watering down is due to the ice cubes melting. If any extra alcohol dose is needed it can be requested at the bar.
