"We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave."

The owners did a wonderful job making us feel welcome including a welcome basket of treats! The beds were very comfortable and everything was just so cozy and comfortable. "I booked the property for my husband and I to have a leaf peeping weekend away but his plans unfortunately had changed so I took my sister along instead. We loved the house! Kara greeted us as we pulled into the driveway, she was so friendly and said to text anytime with any issues. We had no issues or problems at all. The house was very clean, so well stocked, it felt like a B and B. She had a vase of flowers in the kitchen, fresh baked cookies for us, fresh eggs from their free range chickens...

"Wow! This property has everything. Host is extremely responsive. You will enjoy an outdoor oasis with secluded patios and fire pits. The coffee bar was adorable. "To see the 2024 eclipse, celebrate a big birthday and relax and bond with our adult daughters, this was a good place. The owner is communicative and helpful, and we were a good fit as a family looking to have a pretty relaxed time, as opposed to a party. The big couches, kitchen table and deck table on the low deck overlooking the big, rolling lawn helped us relax upon arrival.
