“I really liked how rural and secluded the property was, but was only 10 minutes travel from downtown Jamestown. The hosts were very friendly and I enjoyed getting up in the morning and watching the rabbits eat apples under the trees right outside the kitchen window. My only regret is not having more time to explore the house and property, there is so much history to be discovered. I absolutely plan on returning and experiencing it during the fall and winter seasons. Highly recommended!”

“Lovely secluded property if that's what you're looking for-the train adds charm. Conveniently located next to a little market that has something for everyone whether you want to cook or not. 20 minutes from Addison/Corning/Woodhull where there are cute local spots to check out.The house has all the creature comforts you could want-we were there during a heat wave and the host had the AC cranked for us when we arrived. “This property was an excellent option for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner was very accommodating as we wanted to make corn on the cob one night and he had a brand new large pot brought to us. It was a great central location as we took day trips to Hammondsport, Penn Yan, Watkins Glen and Geneva. One family took a day trip to Ithaca.”

“Beautiful and charming all at once! We had a great time enjoying the house, the porch, the pool and hot tub, the yard, and the town and surrounding areas. Plenty of room for everyone and the house had absolutely everything we needed. Stunning views, too - it was hard to leave at the end of our stay! ”

“Lovely house and a beautiful view - perfect for birders!”

“We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. Given the space and dates we stayed, we would highly recommend this place to all kinds of of people/groups to rent. I should also add that this house is a great value and for sure we will very likely return...

“We had a very pleasant time at the property; a beautiful piece of land with gorgeous pond and 2 geese families (1 with brand new goslings!) to greet us. Although the weather didn't cooperate to enjoy sitting in the yard, or enjoying the fire pit area we still had a good time. “This was the perfect spot when visiting the 3 different Watchtower locations.The house very clean and larger than I expected. Love the farm house feel with the updated interior. I loved all the little amenities that she provided, we didn’t use any but was very thoughtful of her guests. This place was definitely a 10!!! Thank you for hosting us!”
