On going workmen on my balcony!
Needs upgrading on utensils! Plastic would have been an upgrade. We could not use our balcony. Noise was unbearable. A reduction in price should have been given!

Rolex 24 at Daytona
Father and son annual trip to the 24. Oceanfront. Clean. Nice! Exactly what we needed to relax after long days at the track. Only residential in the immediate area, but you don’t have to drive too far for meals and supplies. Would definitely go back!

Ocean front 2/2 top floor
We wanted a place closer to home for a short trip (4 nights). Weather was cooler than expected but we enjoyed the condo and the sounds of the ocean. There are great places to eat within an easy distance and Ponce Inlet is quieter than some other Florida coastal towns and cars are not allowed on this stretch of beach. This Condo was clean and comfortable and well supplied for cooking and eating. We would definitely go back

Great views!
You really can’t beat the view from this comfy, quaint, and convenient condo. The location was great overall, right on the beach with breathtaking views right from the balcony. Also a short drive to the lighthouse and to Daytona Beach attractions (we have young kids). The condo was well equipped, providing everything that we needed to cook our own meals. Also provided linens, towels, in unit washer and dryer, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. While the condo isn’t large, it was perfect for our family of four. Definitely recommend.

Relaxing Time with Sisters!
My two sisters and my grandson and I spent five days in the condo. Everything was great! We did have a difficult time getting into the condo. The door locks were tricky. After maintenance came and helped us, we were in and had no problems. The beach was great. The pool was clean. We overlooked the areas that were under repair. We love Southpoint.

Excellent Getaway
The rental property is true to its description online. You can’t beat waking up to the view and sound of the ocean. It’s a short distance away from anything you want to do. I highly recommend this unit and I plan to use it again in the future.

Comfort with an Ocean View
The condo was clean and comfortable. Check in information was clear and accurate. The balcony was a little smaller than expected, but still nice for watching sun/moon rises and dolphins swimming by. The area is still rebuilding after the storms in the fall of 2022. There were several trucks/equipment driving up and down the beach as crews repaired sea walls and restored building foundations. We were told construction will likely be halted May 1 for turtle nesting season. No reflection on the rental but good information for those are used to staying on the 'no drive' beach. The condo is approximately a 2 block walk from Racings North Turn Restaurant. This is a nice convenience if you are looking for someplace to get a bite to eat or a drink on their patio. A couple of notes for potential renters- 1.) Pick up a bag of ice as there is not an ice maker or ice cube trays in the freezer. 2.) The outlet in the master bedroom has LED back lighting. You may want to put your suitcase in front of it if you like the room dark for sleeping. 3.) The property appears to be mostly vacation rentals. We found the 2 older elevators to be over worked on the weekend check in/check out. All in all the stay was great and we would consider renting again.

The condo was neat and clean. The views were great as we had a full moon over the water as well as a space launching. The space had plentiful amenities such as soaps, shampoo and towels. We tried two reach the property manager to ask about the parking pass but did not receive a call back. While instructions said don’t ask the office, we really had no choice. The office manager was very gracious and provided a pass. Other items included no ice as the ice maker was turned off and we couldn’t find the dishwasher detergent. We bought ice and detergent, no big deal. We didn’t have any suggestions for a restaurant in the overview property folder. The 2 we enjoyed the most were Fysh and Off The Hook. Both had good food and great views. The Marine Rescue Center was also a great place to visit.

The property was really nice being right on the beach! The condo was clean and everything worked nicely! The check in process was not an easy one! They have a lock box on the door and the code that was giving didn’t work. Since we rented the property through VROB we had to go through there to get ahold of someone which was not easy and no one was on site to help! We were finally in touch with someone to give us a generic code to get it! You have to carry those keys to get into the pool, beach, elevators pretty much everywhere! It would be much for convenient to have a wrist band rather than fumbling with keys! So other than the constant keys situation it was very nice!

Great property. Clean many amenities including paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner etc. only frustration was entering. Key pad/keys stuck. Wasn’t sure what keys opened what etc. we figured it out and had a great week!

Great Beach Stay!
Very nice condo with gorgeous view of the ocean. This is my favorite beach in all the world, so expansive and private. The condo had everything we needed in the way of cookware to make dinner for five nights, and beach chairs and toys for the beach too. The pool was very nice as well, but this beach always takes my breath away!

Good location
Unit was clean, but smelled VERY musty, especially in the master bathroom. I always do a quick wipe down when I go somewhere and wipes were clean. Needs some updating, but the location made up for everything. Perfect location. Everyone on the beach kept their social distancing, and it was not crowded when we were there. There was construction going on while we were there, but it did not bother us.

We enjoyed the rental property very much. It was very clean and cozy. The only issue we had was the living room tv. Could not figure out how to change the channel. Got to watch the news channel our entire stay. Lol. The TVs in the bedrooms worked fine.

Great condo. Our only complaint was that the cable company came to work on the cable while we were there. We were asked to stay in the room while they worked. This would not have been a very big issue, except we were only there for two fulls days. The cable company stayed for a few hours, which meant no beach time for that afternoon. Took away one whole afternoon at the beach :(. It’s safe to say this won’t happen every time, so I would definitely recommend this condo. Just bad luck on our part.
