“The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. “This my second time staying at this place and when I thought things would have been better after the first time, It became worst. When I arrived the reception was closed from after 4pm or 5pm. my flight landed 7:40pm. The entrance gate was closed I had to open it on my own. “The service was really very good. Everyone who worked there was very professional, helpful, and pleasant. You can WhatsApp the managers and get nearly immediate replies. The property is small but very well taken care of. It’s a smaller (boutique) hotel so if feels like a mansion with a half-dozen or so rooms. All the rooms face the same way. The staff were happy to arrange taxis and recommend delivery restaurants. The infinity pool is small but more than enough. The staff will set up beach...
