Reasonably priced, we just needed somewhere to stay the night before transferring to Nevis. It's very well located for the passenger ferry port. The area near the property has some restaurants and bars, almost all un-usable due to extraordinarily loud music. Close to the airport, ferry to Nevis, Frigate Bay beach bars, Port Zante and a few steps from the town center. The best part is that it cost less than $87/night including taxes. Best deal in town. I highly recommend Seaview I n for budget-conscious travelers. When it was time to check out at noon, they told me I could stay in the lobby since the ferry didn’t depart until 5pm. I was so appreciative of their kindness. The owners were friendly and helpful to my needs. They went out of their way to prepare a meal for me after their scheduled lunch time. The room was very accommodating and clean.
