"Il n’est mentionné nulle part que le propriétaire habite toute la partie du donjon . La cuisine est belle mais mal équipée pour cuisiner pour un groupe de 12 personnes. Les couteaux ne coupent pas, pas de bouilloire, 2 casseroles en tout et pour tout …et peu d’accessoires de cuisine . Il faut ressortir dehors pour accéder aux 8 chambres qui sont situées au 2 ieme étage L’eau chaude n’a fonctionné qu’à partir du 5 ieme jour comme il faut dans les chambres. La piscine était à 14 degré à notre...

"This property is in an amazing location in La Spezia walking district. Nice restaurants and shops around, 10 min walking distance to the train station which takes you to Cinque Terre (which is less then 10 min train ride to the first village). Apartment is very modern and clean. my wife and kids loved it. Easly sleeps 6 people. The host Yulia was very helpful. i would highly recommend this apartment. We would definitely stay here again."

"It was a real unusual property, a rustic village house. There is a little known castle ruin a short walk up the hill. Loved the washing machine, fire, cat and the helpful owner. It is hard to find, park at the town crossroads and walk up and right. But the locals will point you to it."
