"Spectacular property and a beautiful room and restaurant. Very accommodating and friendly helpful staff. The tubing experience was our favourite excursion of our trip. We did find the garden tour lacking due to the timing of what was active in the garden. Overall a spectacular stay with the thermal river and all wildlife being the highlight."

"Cabanas la Pradera was a wonderful experience. The cabins are set out over 14 acres I believe. Within the property there are easy walking trails. The birding within the property is excellent but the cabanas are close to Curri Cancha, Monteverde and so many other locations good for birding, butterflies and restaurants! The cabins themselves are basic but very comfortable. Melissa and her family make you feel very welcome and are so helpful. I would love to go back. "

"WE stayed in the Casa Verde at the Finca Sunset and it was amazing! A short drive from Santa Elena in a secured/gated area, it allowed for convenience and privacy. Andrea was an outstanding host, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Fresh eggs, bread and orange juice we're waiting for us along with a bottle of wine when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The amazing views of the sunset each night were especially nice from the hot tub on the deck. We HIGHLY recommend a stay here!!!"

"We had an excellent stay at the Macadamia villas. The property is gated and secure, and each of the villas is well equipped and a good size for 2-6 people. The property is located slightly outside the main town, so I would recommend staying here only if you have your own vehicle. The host, Guillermo, was very kind and welcoming, and gave us local recommendations during our stay. We even contacted him via WhatsApp during our stay and he arranged a tour for us. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this property if you're in the Santa Elena/Monteverde area."

The property is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring the area. Even though it was just a short stay, it was memorable and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Monteverde."
