“很好的体验，非常美的湖景。很特别的怀旧装修，很适宜渡假”

“The gardens are incredible and the many humming birds were a joy. I have been in many art galleries with local art. This is one of the better galleries created from many talented artists.”

“Muy buen hotel y a buen precio”

“Literally could not be happier with this stay. Not only was it a gorgeous location with a stunning view, but the rooms were beautiful, absolutely spotless, and the free breakfast was delicious. But honestly, it was how helpful and amazing the staff were. They gave us such great recommendations, helped us with every question and need we had, and were genuinely so good at their job and so joyful! I can't wait to come back to Costa Rica literally just to stay here again.”

“This place was one of our favorites in Costa Rica. The views are breathtaking. The outdoor balcony with unique hammock, swing, and jacuzzi tub was our favorite place to enjoy morning coffee and their incredible breakfast! They provided cozy housecoats as well that keep you warm on the chilly mornings. Javier was amazing. So personable, thoughtful and kind. I loved all the small details put into the cabins and the cheery burst of color in the decor. The property is gorgeous and a great……

“There is absolutely nothing to do on the premises. There is nothing but a garden and two eating facilities. The WiFi was good. The breakfast was the same every day.”

“We had a great stay at Valle Escondido. Our room was very clean and the view was great. We got to see a lot of wildlife right by the building we were in because the resort was less busy in the rainy season, and we got lucky with the weather. We really enjoyed our night hike on the trails on the property - only wish it were longer! Overall, a great stay. Food was good although variety is a bit limited in the off season.”

“The staff was super nice. Breakfast was good. This is a budget friendly hotel in a great location, walking distance to downtown. We did the Monteverde coffee tour: it was super instructive. We also recommend Choco Cafe: the food was sooo delicious!”
