“Staff very helpful”

“This hotel was a surprise for me, I tend to not use the Super8 motels. However, this facility was perfect. The location is perfect for accessing attractions in the area, plenty of food options close by, Lake Erie beach within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were comfy. We had a girls weekend, and Sunny (manager) was the perfect host-provided information regarding the area, always helpful and kind. He even had a toothbrush for my friend. “Love the boutique feel and friendly staff.”

“easy to get to. Staff was accommodating to what was needed. Parking was close to room. Air conditioning, microwave and refrigerator all in working order.”

“The location was great! Private beach was very nice. The office closes at 8:00 and that is where the ice machine is located, so no ice after 8. Could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, a great place to stay.”

“Metal strip going into the bathroom was not nailed down and very hazardous. The shelf in the bathroom fell down upon touching it. and the blow dryer was burnt out. The location is nice and front desk friendly. If you're ok with really budget accommodations, then it's fine.”

“Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be .……

“The parking lot has giant pot holes near the entrance which was our first red flag. We arrived a little after 4pm and was informed that despite check in starting at 3pm our room was not ready and it would be another hour and a half. The woman at the desk gave us a master key card so we could use the pool and asked us to only use it on the pool room and not other things which seemed like a security violation. When we went go the pool room, it wasn't even locked up so the master key card was……

“Good electric hookups”

“This is a very cute property, also very quiet and clean. It is a bit rustic, but we LOVED IT! There is a private little beach to Lake Erie as well. My only complaint would be the beds are uncomfortable. Feels like laying on springs, but if you print your own mattress topper, it’s fine! I would also suggest to put a set 4 bunk beds in on of the rooms. Kids hates sleeping with each other in the same bed, so if there were bunk beds… it would have been perfect. I’d say put 2 sets in a room, to make……

“The staff was friendly and property was clean but our room smelled like urine really bad. I possibly would stay in a smaller room in future but the big room with kitchenette was very smelly of strong urine. The staff were nice though.”
