That was our room. Can watch all the boats go by.The lady at the desk was great. Only thing I noticed needed grab bars in shower, We enjoyed our stay both times we was there, We had same room. We really liked that room. Took pictures from our window. We sat out back on deck. Have nice tables,chairs,umbrellas. It has the bare minimum basics that one would need for a hotel room. Visible stains on the carpets, moldy shower curtains, dirty tile grout in the bathrooms and the toilet is so close to the wall, it’s almost impossible to sit on it. The room does have a mini fridge and microwave. The tv channel selection is not good, so don’t expect to rely on tv entertainment while there. The included breakfast is hardly anything and very, very sparse. Coffee, individually wrapped muffins, danishes and cereal bars - more so snacks than an actual breakfast. It has more of a motel vibe than a hotel. Pros: the staff was very friendly and nice. There’s a large park and beach basically next to the hotel. It’s a place to stay. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Affordable and the view from the back patio is beautiful. It’s within walking distance of everything, which was nice. We had a great time and we'll be back! This hotel is a time capsule from a bygone era. It is not fancy, but it has fantastic people, an incredible view of the Marina, and perfectly located to walk to many wonderful restaurants and shops.
