The location was wonderful, but the resort is dated beds are very soft and bouncy and one of our beds. There was plastic shavings and when I requested a change of linen, I was told I didn’t call within the 30 minutes timeframe at beginning of check-in when I asked about the noise because the walls are so paper thin I was told since it was close to 10 o’clock there was nothing they could do about it. What did they expect me to do? There’s lots to do on the grounds for children, but I will never book at this “resort” again.
