Charming cottage
We had a wonderful vacation in this cute house in a quiet neighborhood that is close to shopping , restaurants and the beach. The outdoor patio space is a lovely spot to relax. Kimberly was attentive to all our needs. We'll be back.

Enjoyable week in Port St Lucie
A peaceful stay at the Coco cottage. Kimberly, the host, was extremely responsive whenever we had an issue. The stove and microwave electrical connections malfunctioned during the stay but the stove was quickly resolved. The outdoor lounge area had a great vibe and atmosphere. Tons of amenities and little gifts left by the host, which made the place all the more welcoming. Only thing was the place was dusty under the beds and overall may need a bit more cleaning. Nonetheless, enjoyed our vacation, would recommend for a peaceful stay in Port St Lucie.

Cozy home away from home
We felt very comfortable at Coco Cottage. Host had excellent communication and went above and beyond for us! Beds were comfortable, cleaning supplies well stocked, gas oven heated so nicely! Very fun outdoor living space. Our children and our fur baby were happy with our temporary home.

Coco Cottage
This was our second time staying at Coco’s cottage. And my wife and I look forward to staying at Coco’s cottage once again! It really is nice to open the door and walk into a very clean and inviting home. I like the fully stocked kitchen! I love to cook, and there’s plenty of pots and pans and dishes ! The grill was a lot of fun, too, we grilled steaks the first night we arrived . Having delicious grilled steaks is going to be our ritual each time we stay there!

Right place right time
The house is very clean and well equipped. The host is nice and accommodating with good communication. Washer and dryer are on-site. You'll have just about everything you need. Can easily recommend.

Nice quiet stay
Kimberly left a lovely check-in gift! The patio was very relaxing and i spent most of my time working or relaxing out there. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It had all of the necessary kitchen items for cooking. Kimberly was very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

Home away from home
Coco Cottage is a fantastic property close to both Jensen Beach and Port St. Lucie. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, the property includes a beautiful mini oasis in the backyard. We enjoyed our stay and everything we needed was included in the rental. We highly recommend Coco Cottage.

First let me say...the backyard is the selling point of this property for me. It is beautiful back there!! Lots of space and areas to just relax and unwind. The patio is large and fenced so we were able to let our chihuahua run and play. Inside was clean and decorated so nice. It is clear that this property is cared for. EVERYTHING you may think that you need is there. Checking in was easy. After we checked in I advised the Kimberly that one of the luggage racks was broken. Within the hour a replacement rack was delivered. We were there to celebrate a birthday and Kimberly even left a bottle of wine and a box of chocolate. This was very much appreciated. Great neighborhood...very quiet. We felt very safe sitting out back late into the night. About a 20 minute drive to the beach. The only negatives were 1) the TV in the living room had a lot of static and didn't get many channels and 2) pet hair on the furniture (we had to brush ourselves off when we got up). This is a pet friendly rental so although it was unexpected, it was understandable. All in all...I loved the house and Kimberly provided amazing customer service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

We used this place as the base to visit family. It had everything you needed. Unfortunately it rained a lot so we couldn’t enjoy the patio, but everything was as advertised and comfortable.

Beautiful property and excellent customer service!
The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was the coziest place I’ve ever stayed. My sister and I spent hours talking in the backyard. The backyard is set up like a beautiful oasis. Inside the house is so well decorated and comfortable. I loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely be returning again and again!

Coco’s Cozy Cottage!
Our host Kimberly went above and beyond what my wife and I would’ve ever expected. Coco‘s cottage was very warm, colorful and inviting. The cottage was well stocked for serving meals along with the grill with extra gas. The back patio at night was lit with LED tiki lights! This made for a great evening setting. There was a full supply of items in the cottage that we did use. We’re looking forward to our next trip!

This is one of the best short term rentals I've ever had. The host is super responsive, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. The house is spacious and extremely well stocked. If I wasn't going to buy a house in this area, I would come back again and again.

Cute cottage in a good location
We enjoyed our recent stay at the Coco Cottage. The host is fantastic and looks after any questions or issues that come up. House has a large patio in the back that is fenced. We used the bbq most nights and appreciated the sunshade for our morning coffee. Everything is just as described in the listing

The "cottage" is WONDERFUL

Don’t hesitate to book this little gem!
Great place to stay and the neighborhood was perfect for walking, especially if your have a dog. The house was extremely clean, decorated to perfection and the beds were very comfortable. I relaxed in the courtyard daily and the living areas were comfy cozy. Any time I had a question, Kimberly was responsive either by phone or text. Would definitely stay again!

This house has it all. Great location near everything in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It was well stocked with supplies, beach equipment and bikes. The owner was very responsive with the very few questions we had. Definitely would highly recommend staying here.

Hi. I am writing this on behalf of my husband Dominic as I was the one interacting with Kimberly. The place is very cozy and clean. There is nothing that you would want and it is not there. The patio space is amazing. If anyone is looking out for a getaway barbecue party, this is the place to go to for sure. Kimberly has thought of everything. Most importantly she is a wonderful host. She took the time to meet with me and even bought us a lovely breakfast goodie. Our family of 4, parents & 2 adult children, could not be more pleased with our stay at Coco Cottage. Kimberly was quick to respond to any questions and provided a haven for the first leg of our trip for a wedding in Orlando. We left the cottage to stay in Orlando for the wedding at a beautiful resort with all the bells and whistles. But every one of us agreed that we wished we were back in Port St. Lucie at the Coco Cottage. It was close to everything, but more than that, it was cozy and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend this gem and when back in the area would absolutely choose this cottage as home base. So often you find a great spot like this, but if the host is not available or accommodating, it can sour the whole experience. Kimberly helped make this experience a sweet memory for our family.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Coco Cottage. It was conveniently located in Port St Lucie. There are grocery stores and convince stores nearby. Kimberly was friendly, accommodating, and kept in contact with us before and during our stay. The cottage is well laid out and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. I loved the backyard set up. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay at the Coco cottage again.

Our stay was magical! Kim was so thoughtful, accommodating and helpful to us before and during our stay. The house was clean and offered everything we needed. The area is safe and neighbors are friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again next year!

Gracious host even though we could not make the trip
I put in five stars on everything even though we did not stay there. The reason illness. We had booked Kimberly's Port St. Lucie property for a short stay but had to cancel due to terrible bout of bronchitis that I contacted two days before we were due to arrive. I called Kimberly to let her know that we were unable to stay in her cottage and she sent us a very nice gift of beach towels. When ever we use them we will think her fondly. I hope we can stay there some day.

Words can not express how our stay was at Coco Cottage. The place had everything we needed for a great vacation. All the linen were iron, it gave that extra touch of being at home. The neighborhood was quiet and only 1o minute's away from the beach. The owner Kimberly was in commutation with us the whole time making sure we had everything we needed. Everything was perfect!
So, for the sake of transparency, this was my first VRBO stay. It could not have gone any better. After a long drive, in terrible weather, we found the house with the lights on, waiting for us. The rooms were just like the ad and were so comfortable. Everything we needed was there! We went shopping, expecting to need some supplies, only to find that they were already in the house! Clean, neat, inviting, perfect. Kimberly is a perfect host with a wonderful home. I am looking forward to coming back next year.
