The place was just fine, but the refrigerator was filled with towels. I thing they were defrosting and forgot to come back. Also the stove would not turn on, but the microwave was working, so no problem. Little things.

It was a clean place, only the bathroom doesn’t have a light and the wifi connection was poor! But it was in a good location and easy to access to the city!

The photo posted is deceiving as the room is very small. The cleaning staffs are very friendly though. The "hotel" closes officially at 9 PM (all doors locked). This was not disclosed at time of booking.

i would call it 2star.breakfast in room isn’t true
It’s really clean and safe thats true.But They say theres breakfast in room but they don’t serve breakfast at all. The area is near Chinese area and its not good. There was a file in room with papers that says call reception for breakfast or any other food or drinks, but the receptionist himself told me they don’t serve anything!!!!!!!!!!Roooms are in another building and reception is in another building! Between these too buildings u should pass a mechanic service place :)

Location is accesible to all.. good value of money if you are not looking for a fancy one. There are few things i observed: the noise,you can be easily disturbed with footsteps, sounds of opening and closing of next door ,microwave not working ,and some dirt on the window area wall.. but overall staying is not bad enough,we feel safe.

We checked in on 22 December 2018 and checked out 28 December 2018 with the same sheets. We asked for the set of sheets to change without success. The bed was a disaster and end up with a back ache. I had to consult the doctor when I arrived back in Rome.

I had a good experience overall. The beds were comfortable and the local area is great. Lidl and McDonald's are very nearby which is perfect for eating on a budget. There are two metro stations nearby too which makes travel around the city really easy. Great value for money.

Nice place which offers good value for money. It's located at about a 5/7 minute walk from the metro station Maciachini, and from there you can get everywhere, because the metro network is good and works well. The room was clean, had facilities for cooking, lots of storage space and always running hot water. Definitely recommend it!

I requested the confirmation of the booking for a parking spot. Should none was available, I also asked for a confirmation so I could manage a way to safely park my car. I received no confirmation and, wrongly, assumed a parking spot was therefore available. The hotel did not bothered informed me that no parking spot was available for my stay. That's a very bad way of managing my expectations.

Comfortable, good value residence.
Lepontina ticked all the boxes as a spacious, well equipped single studio which made an excellent base from which to explore Milan. The staff were exceptionally friendly, well informed and everything was spotless. It was a 30 min walk from Central station and the airport bus drop off point and tram no 4 goes right downtown to the historic/shopping centre from just around the corner. There are also 2 large supermarkets within 5 mins walk but one of the big pluses of Lepontina is that it’s in a traditional Italian neighborhood with great local food shops and bakeries. The Residence also has its own restaurant and offers room service. I’d definitely return!

Very functional, value for money
Very functional accommodation. Kitchenette is quite useful to prepare meals. Metro station within 500 meters, within couple of stops from central station. Staff is wonderful ! Ofcorse at This price one can’t expect luxury. This is absolute value for money.

The location, service, and views were all incredible. We were moved to a balcony room last minute because of issues with the other room. The only thing that let us down was the room wasn’t very clean. A lot of spiders webs and dead insects on the balcony, and there was damage ie the electrical outlet in the bedroom was broken

Place is clean. Bed is ok, better than some other ones from other hotels in Italy. Reception personnel were friedly and helpful. They speak very good english. Its a 3 min walk to the metro and 2 min walk to bus stop. They kept my luggage for me for about 6 hours or more after I checked out since i had To go To a 10 hour tour. I will stay there again.

Nice hotel close to concert venue Alcatraz.
Very pleasantly surprised at the location, cleanliness, facilities and helpfulness of the staff. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fairly decent value
Good- price value, location only a few Metro stops from train station and Duomo area, clean with ample closet room, fully stocked kitchen, working A/C. Bad- smallish and bleak rooms with prison-like windows located at end of industrial area courtyard; and mattress was not that comfortable. A pure hit-and-run traveller's room for those on budgets.

well I was there for the weekend, firstly the hotel its to old and ugly. secondly there is a Mechanic in the hotel, did tou ever saw a mechanic garage in a hotel? well I've saw it live "awkward". lastly on the bright side the hotel is about 5min away from the metro station. however I dont recommended it.

Two Days in Milan
The property was just what I needed; a single room with heating and refrigeration allowing "picnic" meals. The front desk staff was VERY helpful. This is such a good idea. If some other company wanted to create luxury efficiency rooms, I think there would be a market for it.

Nice hotel close to the Alcatraz
I booked this hotel as I was attending a concert at the nightclub Alcatraz which is 100 metres away. On arrival I was shown to my room which was clean and comfortable, just a little cold. After I mentioned the lack of breakfast tray I was told I hadn't booked breakfast but was asked if I wanted one. As I was leaving very early, I said not to worry but when I returned from the evening I found one in my room. The receptionist also very kindly booked a taxi for me for early departure to the airport. He spoke fluent English which was ever so helpful and he himself was extremely helpful. Will stay again.
